I'm looking for a place that sells rocking horse shoes. is little chili lolita shop the best place for them?

That shop is probably the cheapest to buy them, and if you're not used to them, probably your best option because they're lightweight and easily replaced.
The best ones you can get for cheap [if you want more than one pair], you should try Double Decker. If you can find someone to order with you, the two pairs deal is awesome. They're all wood soles, so they're more durable than the Montreals sold at LCLS.
