I'm new at this, so I'm not charging much, at least not until I get an appraisal. =p
2k per art. I can do a non-cluttered avatar in about 15-20 minutes, and deliver it about 30 - that is if i'm not busy with real life. If you need it by a certain time, let me know, so I can let you know if there will be any delays.
