This is the infamous house of the NPC leader of the Rogue Valley. Here, people can come discreetly. No information can be stolen from here, and no information will be given to anyone. Here is how this works. You do not have to be of Kage rank to request a contract. The contract can be from assassination, to stealing documents. Abilities and names of rogues will not be given out, though if the employer happens to know the Rogue, they can request them specifically. Most rogues will do missions, but obviously not for nothing. Many times, something of value must be traded in order for the job to get done. Rogues will be obligated to keep all information to themselves, even if a mission is failed.
