Raised from his early teens onward, along with his little brother Shouta, by his sensei and was once on the same team as the current Mizukage, who he still likes to tease on a daily basis!
He met all the requirements and was about to be promoted to the Black Ops when he suddenly backed down for unspecified reasons.
Is currently co-Head of Security in Mist and takes his job very seriously.... of course that doesn't stop him from making a joke out of everything and laughing while he works.

Life's Story: After pulling a prank on the Yukikage, Madoka hid onboard a ship to avoid the ninja in pursuit of him. He took a nap, then later realized the ship was moving. With nothing better to do, he just decided to go with the people and soon found himself in the Mist Village, the place he'd heard so much about from his parents, survivors of the Tengu War, and the immigrants from Mist. But with no passport to show, he was dragged to face the Mizukage who tried to have him sent back to Snow. However, the thing was- he caused so much trouble up there that the Yukikage more or less said 'He's your problem now.' and thus, Madoka was a shinobi of Mist. Though, the Mizukage never seemed all that happy about it.
No more is known about him.
