Hey everyone,
Well the mini market is gonna be set up differently from the rest of our guild. Here in the mini market there are 4 main welcome topics you must read before posting.
Here I will be posting about how you should set up your shops. Mainly the necessary things you must have in your shop so you can stay open. I will also be giving a list on inventory cleanouts, random charities, DTTPAY threads. Questing threads and quest tracking threads are about the same thing so they will be covered together. And finally the rules of the mini market. These rules must be followed. There are no exceptions. And yes I will say this now they're kind of similar to the normal rules but there are some new ones and new consequences if these rules are broken.
Well that covers that much. Oh and the Mod list will be posted after the Rules. Along with some pictures and what not ^_^

~Shops~
I will not be telling you what you can and can not sell. But however there are some specifics that are a must have to keep your store up and running. It's really simple and if you have a pre-existing shop you probably already know my requirements. I'm just gonna try to list up the things your shop will need.
1. Your first post must have a detailed description of your shop. (customers need details and we are a rp guild)
2. Your second post must be the owner of the store (you) and if you have a person helping you with this project you must introduce them in the 2nd post as well. Please also inform your buyers of what style you draw ((if you are doing an art shop))
3. You must have a Price list
4. You must have atleast 2 example of each style you are selling ((this includes banners))
5. You must have a "Waiting list" and a "Working on list" this way your customers know when to expect your work.
6. If someone is helping you have them join the guild so they can get random benefits
But see you owners aren't the only one dealing with some expectations on this either. Please read the rules because they are for owners and consumers.

-Inventory Cleanouts, Charities, And DDTPAY Threads-
This is for everyone who is trying to help others with their quests or who just want to clean out their inventory because they have too much stuff. Let me do a breakdown of everything and what it means since I know alot of people will ask me a few questions.
1. An inventory cleanout: this is either where you can sell your inventory or you could be nice and donate your items to people who are questing them.
2. Charities: These charities can be to raise money to go towards the guild, towards a contest in the near furture or to help people with their quests.
3. A DTTPAY: this is a donate to the person above you thread. Here when you post, you donate either an item or gold towards the persons quest. Usually there is a limit and usually a no trash policy that is you are not allowed to donate trash items and you will be black listed in that thread for such. Once black listed you have to donate double the amount for people to donate to you again.
Mainly for these threads, I don't want everyone making like 15 quest threads. If you reach the quest you specified that thread for you can either....
a. Inform a mod so they can delete it or....
b. You can reuse the thread and just re-title it.
It's all simple stuff. So hopefully this won't be that hard to follow. Thanks. Keep an eye for the rules.

*-Questing Threads & Quest Tracking-*
So here in this corner of the thread I want to cover making quest threads and quest tracking. Mainly you will make them the way you would any other questing thread. Basically your quest thread will also be your Quest Tracker for that quest. Like I mentioned earlier, if you are done with a quest you have two options on how to settle the issue of making thirty different threads for questing. So either you can inform a MOD to delete your post and why or you can reuse the same thread by re-naming it. See very simple.
If you are questing you must have a quest bar to put in your thread. You can get one of these on tektek.org. It's easy. So let's make this easy on everyone and just follow this please.

These Rules must be followed. There are no exceptions to this. If these Rules are broken there are deeper consequences.
1. No Flamming, Botting, or Spamming
2. No Scamming (this means DO NOT SEND A TRADE FIRST always wait for the product to be finished before you send the trade. If you do send the trade, the owner of the shop is not allowed to accept the trade until the work is completed. if someone does break this rule pm a MOD immediately.)
3. No stealing others hard work
4. Always read everything before you buy.
5. Do not pm the owner asking when they will be done
If you pester an owner your order will be cancelled and you will be asked to stay out of the mini market and black listed.
If you do a charity to raise money for guild contests you will be put on the white list. I have a mule account that everyone from the guild before the change has meet. Mistress_Roxie is my Contest Mule. She holds ALL the contest money. Nothing comes to this account. I appreciate everyones patience and understanding while we have undergone these additions.

I hope that everyone understands that this part of the guild is very important and I wish that this has the best out turn. If you have an existing shop that you would like to link to our guild. Post it in the Affiliated Guilds and Threads thread in the Main Hall ^_^
