According to Bryan Alvarez, the following matches are currently being planned or discussed by WWE for Wrestlemania. It's almost a sure thing that this won't be the final card since plans change on an almost daily basis.

Shawn Michaels vs. The Undertaker - Of all the rumored matches, this one is the closest to being a sure thing.

Vince McMahon vs. Bret Hart - This has been talked about and it would likely be a street fight-type match where Hart would not have to take any bumps.

Randy Orton vs. Ted DiBiase - A feud between these two has been expected for months now.

Chris Jericho vs. Edge - Another match that has been planned for months given that Edge is ready to return in time.

Sheamus vs. Triple H - Considering that HHH is involved, it could very well end up being a title match.

Jeff Hardy vs CM Punk - While nothing has been set in stone yet, WWE officials are hoping Hardy will return to start the build for the match. One issue surrounding Hardy’s return would be his pending criminal charges from his arrest last year and how it might affect Linda McMahon’s political career.

One name left out here is John Cena. WWE would love to have him in a match with The Rock, but the chances of that are very slim. Another possibility is Cena vs. Batista in a RAW vs. Smackdown match. Cena/Batista was originally scheduled for last year's Wrestlemania until Batista got injured.

Hardy coming back is just asking for s**t to go down yet again.

Well from what I understood in the article, Hardy opened the door to a comeback in early 2010 as all he wanted was a good break, something he didn't get really in the last couple years since he started with TNA right after parting ways with WWE in 2003 and was doing some indie shows before his comeback in 2006 (It was 2006, right?)

I'm just super pensive about it. I love the guy, my house is nothing but screams as he jumps off a ladder at a PPV. I even defended him way back when he was only getting suspended for wellness policy, but the thing I'm getting at is that he's a total liability. They built him up to world champion status and had to pull a last minute fix cause apparently the mondo money they give him along with DVD deal and belt aren't enough to make him just chill. In the end he does sell tickets though and with the monday night wars starting up again it's in their best interests to bring him back.

Jeff comeing back would be a good thing for WWE in my Point of veiw and Martis to andswer your it was 2007 when Jeff Return (maybe late 2006 at the Least) and I saw That comeing for Years now Bret Vs. Vince, A Street Fight style match given Bret age would be the smart choce in this case, Aegis I do see where your comeing from but this is WWE were talking, Anything can happen in WWE, and from what I understand Aegis the Live Three Hour Event Tna is doing I think will not be on Monday every week, I think it will be a One Time thing only but that could change though

The TNA monday episode is indeed a one time thing, but it's main purpose is to test how their numbers stack up against WWE if they were to jump to doing their show on monday which of course explains why they're bringing out hogan for their first episode of the year.

Which is going to be interesting I'm both WWE and TNA so its going to be hard for me to watch both of them and its the same with one of my buddys so one of us is going to watch WWE and the other is Going to watch TNA that Night

funny thing with the Hardy situation is Jeff Hardy has tweeted that he is backstage for the 1/4 Impact show, hes gone there with Shannon Moore who got a call from Hulk Hogan and RVD is expected to perform on the show too.
the Hardy situation has both WWE and TNA offering him deals vying for his signature pending his Case outcome.

I honestly just want him to go to jail. I know that's cold of me, but if it'll keep him the ******** out of the ring, I'm all for it. I know he's popular, and he sells tickets, but they want him for championships. With the belt, he's a bigger joke than Cena ever was, because at least Cena had potential to improve. Jeff's as good a wrestler as he's ever going to be, and as far as his attitude, he's a little b***h. He gets a little exhaustion in him, and all of a sudden he has to retire on a ******** whim.

As much of a Matt Hardy fan as I am, neither of the Hardy brothers have ever deserved to rise above the mid-card.

Chris Jericho vs. Edge
If this happened, I would be thrilled! That means Edge would be a face again, and I loved when he was a face. I hope this happens and I hope Edge returns soon.

As much of a Matt Hardy fan as I am, Matt Hardy is way better then Jeff, and should be wearing gold around his waist.
there I fixed it.

Seriously though, if Matt gets in shape, he could make an excellent Champion. Because if Sheamus can be Champion, so can Matt Hardy in my opinion.

Jeff is a major flight risk though, due to his style of wrestling. He gets burnt out to quick, he needs to realize that he can't do it like he did when he was younger, and slow down on the high octane. Not that he ever will.

Well he is slated to return soon so there's always hope. I too love Edge's face character. They'd be able to bring some decent entertainment to SD too.
