Industrial Row South Block A plurality of Carter City residents still have to work blue-collar jobs, and this is where they do it. A series of factories lines the streets.

He was holding onto his wide-brimmed coolie as he ran after the other man, just nodding and keeping his dark purple eyes out on thier surroundings to make sure they didn't run into any sort of traps or such.
