Yuya the Horny

Don't be in more guilds then you can handle when you try to start a guild. That way you can be active where it really matters, YOUR guild!

A. Not every guild can do two week cycles. I know in WWFG I have trouble doing it because I would do the results and some of them would seem like the same. Also after a certain time some match might end up being the same, because you run out of some ideas because you sued them ina different guild.

B. Some times some people will try to get certain people in there guilds. For example myself. I was in a lot of crew forums. Some I asked because they need help, others would just promote me. I would be asked to book a card or two. I said sure. What I would do is take a plan from one of my other guilds and use it for them..for example. UWE Thrash Unreal tournament.

Or another Example.. Chrono. Now a days he has pretty much taken my role in my guilds. By that I mean he is asked by many to join because he has been active. He has good idea too. But I fear he might ware himself out if he keeps it up. Or might forget to update his own. But that is really his problem..

My own rule is..If you are in a crew just float, don't try to win belts. For example in WWE:E and DCW. I was in the crew for a long time. During that time I wouldn't even try for a belt and only when I did. I jobbed my Jed character out. Also I wouldn't ruin a storyline. In DCW I asked Marxx what he wanted. He said he'd like me to help push a wrestler. I said sure how would you like me to lose. He suggest I lose by Dq, I said naw its okay I'll let him beat me clean. In which that's what a crew member should do when asked to take a fall. Sometimes you have to put your self over, or put both people over, but then there are time you need to just lose straight out.

In a few guilds I don't have that choice because some guilds I join to try for a title. Once I join some people try to promote me because of my track record. In which is a reason why I join some guilds like Hammer Lock Pro wrestling, Me and Chrono have legit heat, but I know because of that fact I can have a real chance in winning a belt instead of being reward it or jobbing to people.

As a captain you should not put the title on yourself. If you earn it because of inactive that is a different situation. But once you win it try to lose it. Some people frown upon that even though it is not your fault.

An exclusive WWE:E concept to consider:

We currently run on a sytem by which we change our crew every 6 months, so roughly every 2 PPV's. This allows for fresh ideas and for no arguments as to who deserves Championships because they're crew, etc.

I also keep my crew to a maximum of 4/5 people, but that's simply because I do most of the work anyway.

On the case of too many crew, there's no point having someone in the crew who isn't active in the guild itself, it's wasted space. Trim the fat.
