Final Fantasy 9 Definitely had some Steampunk Influences, mainly their airship port city of Lindblum.

Moogles are well known as being very Steampunk oriented. They are associated with gadgets, trinkets, and of coarse, Goug machine city, AKA Steampunk heaven.

Many of the Final Fantasy games in the Ivalice Alliance series have a lot of steampunk, such as sky pirates, airships, guns that shoot elements(supernaturally that is).

If you're interested in these games I have a fan guild, it can be found in my signature.

The airships of FFXII aren't probably as steampunk as one might wish, but they do get their origins from steampunk concepts complete with Sky pirates and what not, much like Treasure Planet portrayed, except in that the main character Vaan; who is about as much a Sky Pirate as Naruto is a Ninja, or Edward Cullen is a Vampire(no offense), wants to become a sky pirate. Once he does however he seems to abandon most pirating, he doesn't do much pilfering, or plundering.
