Urban Dictionary has lots of listings of it being some gross kinda sexual thing. I've personally never heard it referenced in that way.

Some guy tried to tell me once, that it's like when you're smoking pot and you pull too hard and the hot burning pot ember gets sucked into the pipe and shoots down your throat. Which made me imagine this sort of tiny flaming eaglehead shaped piece of burning pot screaming it's lungs out as smoke poured out it's mouth and it shot down your huge pink throathole, finally finding a home in the back of the inside of your neck, and lordy that made me laugh for hours.

But I've come to realize what a Screaming Eagle really is, in true reality...

It's when you're smoking pot, and you like take a SUPER huge pull where its like so much that your cheeks are all puffed out and your coughing and it's coming out your nose but you haven't even inhaled yet. And before you exhale, you put your mouth up to your friends a** REALLY REALLY tight like, like forming an airtight seal around the hole.

And then you blow as hard as you can, so hard that the smoke travels up their a**s, through the intestines, and right out their mouth. And what's cool about all this is that the pressure from all that air blowing through their insides makes their vocal chords go nuts so it sounds like their screaming as smoke pours out their mouth.

That my friends, is what a REAL Screaming Eagle is.

You haven't lived until you've done it. What's awesome is that it's amazing no matter what end you're on.

As the eagle, you can feel all your internal organs dancing in a cloud of smoke as if they're at some kind of wonderful rave. The smoke feels like it's a strong ocean wave washing over your brain and pouring out the fountain spout of your mouth.

As the blower, you feel connected to the eagle as one. You feel like you're Louis Armstrong playing screaming fleshy trumpet, giving that flesh trumpet life like you were some combination of Dr. Frakenstein and God.

It's pretty intense.
