She looks up at you, squinting through her marm-like glasses that teeter-totter upon the tip of her nose. Pushing them back into place, she sits upright, now aware of her bad posture and greets you with a stiff smile. "May I help you? If you aren't already registered with our bank, please do me the favor of writing down your screen name, your character name, and your okiya so that I might add you to our records. Thank you..." The woman slips a piece of paper in front of you and an ink pot with an ink-splotched brush inside. "If you have a complaint about your account, please do what I said above and state your complaint about your account. We will explain your account as best as we are able to. Thank you."
