If you have any questions for the crew or the guild leader, ask them here. This makes things easier for mods and gets your questions answered a lot faster than if you were to pester them with a PM.
Anything goes... that is reasonable.

Maybe i am reading over the answer to this question, but are our rpc's allowed to talk with their zanpakutoh when they have them without knowing their names?

No. That is to say, not usually. In some cases, an exception could be made, and I would be ok with it for plot reasons ONLY. But in the general day to day, you are not allowed to.
I would also like to point out, just in case there was a misconception, that the guild is not quite ready for role-playing to begin. I apologize for the wait, but we need to be certain we have all the kinks worked out first.

I am probably just nitpicking now but according to the rules the zanpakutoh's we create for our profiles are not allowed to be even remotely similar to something else right? But wouldn't that rule out everything one can think of since practically everything has already been used with even a remote similarity to what we can think of for the profiles?

... Don't take this the wrong way, but you're seriously over-thinking it. "There is nothing new under the sun" is a very accurate statement, meaning that everything that can be done has already been done. That being the case, it's obviously NOT that you can't have similarities in abilities to things not of this guild Names. Appearances. EXACT POWERS. And other such SPECIFIC similarities are what is forbidden. 3nodding Does that answer the question?

Do you Pm the squad captain for acceptance or just post it?

You follow the rules laid down by each squad captain for applications. The most common and preferred message is to post in the "Squad Applications" thread found in their squads. 3nodding
