Yeah, I never heard about that problem, but what it maybe, is the game is reading your computers ip address or something, and saying your in a country that is only supported by another maple story.
There are several different types of maple story, based on location, searching on google,
going here and looking around may also help.This is just what the problem sounds like to me, it could be just a bug, so before you start searching and stuff, uninstall, then reinstall, and try again. Also, if you are in the right country(those listed by panda) than try on a different comp. if you can.
