i love garlic!
It is my favorite thing to put on food.
Sure, you get stinky breath from it, but it's good for you.
it's a natural antibiotic, an antioxident, and an immunity booster. Not only that, but apparently it's good for circulation.
Not mention it tastes awesome.
However if you want to get the full benefits, I don't reccommend cooked garlic, garlic powder, or garlic salt.
Get a head of garlic and dice up raw cloves to toss onto pasta, toast, and even potatos.
