Hello Random Poll Guild. Some of you know me, some of you don't. Either way, hello again!
An update from me - I am working on getting my business as an insurance agent up and running, which is tough, but I love my work. Deadlines, dress pants/skirts, presentations, driving everywhere to work (just 60 miles for an to-office-from-office-only day), etcetera.
I'm turning "old" - 23 - on the 2nd. Yay.
I went on a date this last week (on Tuesday). With a guy. Yes, with a guy! He paid for my ticket and for my supper, when we went to Applebees. How did I meet him? Coincidentally, he posted on Craigslist about him being a local going to a church that has three campuses - I have gone to one of the other campuses before and I love that church. I emailed him with my yahoo email and, after a few emails, he asked me out for a date. So we went to see Avatar 3D. OH MY GOSH! Go see it in 3D!! SO AWESOME! eek
We're going to go out again, even if just for coffee. He's such a gentleman - buying my ticket for me, walking me to my car after the movie, buying my supper at Applebees, walking me to my car after supper, and more. Swept off my feet? Pretty much....
Ummm... Christmas went well, even with my Dad being overseas.
So yeh, Margem's growing up it seems..... I rarely post anywhere on Gaia anymore because I want to focus on my business and on my family/friends. Hopefully, if everything goes as planned, I'll get my promotion and be able to go on a business trip to CA in February. whee
So yup. That's that. How's everyone else doing and, the dreaded question, did you miss me? xp

I'm going to get in there but I don't need crap from you guys too. If I get crap, I won't do anything. Period. I'm sorry, Depression, but that's the case. That_comic_guy I remember you. *nods* Nice to see yet another grown up on this site. California isn't all that great and if you coming to San Fran. stay the hell out of Chinatown you will get mugged. I'll be working too much to get out of the hotel or work, but thank you for the warning. If I'm not mistaken, I'm flying into LAX and then will be going north for work. Closer to Sacramento? Miss MIA! xd Oh well Sacramento is pretty boring so it's safer. The big cities are the bothersome ones and yeah if you going to get out please, travel in packs. 3nodding Male or female it doesn't matter. Us locals can pick your tourists out like nothing and attack you just the same. Oh and it's cold up here in the north don't let the songs about this "sunny" state fool you. Bring a nice thick coat.

Working, classes at the college in my hometown, occasionally having spare time and spending that hanging out with friends or lazing around at home.
