We need role players! But there are rules and things you should know before you hop aboard...

• As of now only Chi (MissLovedChi) may create and control all the roleplays in here! Probably in the future when more people have joined there will be another subforum for users to create their own role plays but with their own responsibility! But I do allow ideas for RPs, but they must be sent by PM and nowhere else!
  
  
• This is a Semi-Literate role play guild, which means no;
  
  *She sat down next to the boy* Hi! *she gave a large smile*
  
  And no;
  
  *sits next 2 her* I have 2 leave..lyk soon kk?
  
  If you learned anything from the the two examples above, you will know that * * are NOT allowed and posts must be written as if you're writing a book! Thinking are in Italics and OOC are in (( )) or [[ ]]. Also there MUST be proper grammer! I don't really ask for literate role playing because not everyone can be so detailed, and such... but no one liners! At least 3 lines per post and the occasional one liner is forgiven (We all get writers block) but if I keep seeing it, something isn't right. Honestly, I'm not really asking much! Just decent role playing smile
  
  
• Pretty posts, they are a MUST! I believe that this can easily express your RP characters attitude and how he/she is into. At least a picture and colors, but if you are to use colors make sure that the colors are easy to read and no highlighting will be needed! XD Colors like pink can sometimes kill the eyes if used in the WHOLE post, so use more than one color! There is a guide filled with color codes where you can find here! It's a great guide so take a look at it! Also about the pictures; if you're going to apply for a role play make sure you use a picture that isn't so popular! Go and actually SEARCH for your RP characters appearance and have fun with it! Make sure that the picture isn't too big and if must, make it smaller on photobucket where you can edit it and even add a border to it!
  
  
• Online. Are you always online? Some roleplays when they start go by so fast that people tend to lost where they are and get confused, but imagine if your only online like once a week! Don't bother then, I want role plays to LIVE and fuel my lovely blimp wink If you are going to leave for quite some time, SAY IT. Don't just disappear! We might just have to start a manhunt!
  
  
• Be respectful! If you don't like the RPs DON'T JOIN THEM! I don't need any hating going around here, plus be nice to your fellow RPers who spend their time RPing! In roleplays EVERYONE must be involved! So occasionally some role plays may have a limit to how many RPers are needed to make things a bit easier to interact.
  
  
• Types of Roleplays; keep on reading. Things are going to be quite specific.

-University/High School Role Plays-

Now, these are one of the most popular role plays out there which gain people much faster! But there are things that must be set;
The whole race thing,Angels, Nekos, Vampires and Demons. All of those things ARE allowed but not in EVERY high school! There will be specific high schools so make sure you read everything!
Reality,what I notice in role plays if the ways of exactly how to meet others. Bumping into them. Crashing into them. Getting hurt to attract attention. Please! Let's be creative!
OMG, you have a boyfriend? Now, I know in some *cough* MOST *cough* high school role plays there's gotta be some love and crushes going on but really, are you going to fall in love in 2 posts just after meeting him/her? Get to know him/her and let the love or drama set in by itself! Trust me, it will all be worth it.
Sensei! Sensei! Teachers, fun right? I'm sure there will be ways to ALSO be a teacher to enjoy your role playing experience smile
Hey, are you my roommate? DORM ROOMS, they make me SCREAM sometimes but they are pretty fun. But on the terms of dorms make sure you remember your dorm number and roommate! Decorate your dorm but also remember not ALL high school RPs will have dorms!

-All Races/Wars-

Yes, the races has its own spor too because some people need to learn! Plus, wars are usually pretty much Vamps vs Humans.
I'm a vampire that... Now I do realize that move vampires today usually have many dark abilities and do live for a LONG time but please people, be descriptive! If I ask for a age I don't want "lived for thousands of years" I want a NUMBER! And make your vampire have a weakpoint of some sort, no perfect vampires allowed!
I'm a neko that...Now, nekos are cool and all but really don't always meow or nya. Sometimes people like that get on my nerves! Plus also try to meet other nekos!
I'm a angel that... Must angels always be so kind? Now what get's to me is that there must be different TYPES of angels. One that is actually a true angel sent from God himself OR a person with wings and light powers that call their race angels. If your "race" is angel, then don't always be so nice and kind! Really, even some angels have to really be themselves you know! Guys can be angels too!
I'm a demon that... I swear all the demons in role playing are evil, mean and rude right? Good. If that's how you want them to be then I'm erfectly fine! But as I mention before about the Angels, it's probably similar. If you're a demon that has some sort of demon family going on then please have some sort of unique personality!
I'm a werewolf that... The full moon is out...what now? Really if you're a werewolf, then I really don't have much to say about this, honestly...
I'm so special that... All other races and humans with powers...don't be perfect. You CAN'T be perfect. That's really all that I have to mention there.
I declare war!Woah! War! Which means...BLOOD, VIOLENCE GORE!! EVERYTHING THAT MINORS SHOULD NEVER SEE! (insert evil laugh here) Seriously, wars can be pretty fun if you know how to RP em' right! All the action and suspense, I only ask that you gotta lose at some point! Can't all win them! Also no auto hitting! LORD HOW I WILL HATE YOU IF YOU AUTOHIT! Give each person a chance! If you get hit then take it! BE STRONG! And if you want more added fun make sure you GET hurt for the heck of it!
Romeo and Juliet I find this one kinda common in the race war thing, where for example a vampire will fall in love with a human. But if this happens then LET THERE BE DRAMA! Ha, either their love will tear apart (which I hope happens because that NEVER happens) or they will run away!

-Real Life Role Plays-

These are the situactions that you might as well get, pretty much like a sitcom if you ask me.
I'm 18 yet... Alright, your age is important to you character as we all know! It defines if you're old enough to drink, smoke or even tell if you're old enough to be called a teenager. Now who's a 18 year old that doesn't drive? How sad, but everyone has some sort of story or excuse for things like this right? My point is, ACT LIKE YOUR AGE. It helps a bunch!
El Amor! Ah, mother, father I'm running away to go live with my boyfriend of only a week! Goodbye! Uhm, do you see something wrong in that? As I believe I have mentioned before, be realistic when it comes to love! But don't flirt with every guy you see!
Roommates. Love em or hate them, you might just have to live with one. This makes anything enjoyable so if you're going to live in a apartment or such. See if you can tag a roommate along with ya.
Bankrupt! At one point you gotta have some troubles going on in your life. Let's say you don't have any money! go and get a job and see how the role play will turn!
What's going on? Usually real life role plays don't really have much of a plot unless they're all teenagers and it's summer vacation. Let's try to be creative alright? We may not all be the best role players out there in the world but let's all pretend we're grown up!

-Series Related Roleplaying-

Twilight fan? Naruto? Want something not so original but fun to role play?
Since when did... Keep in mind that in most series related RPs that are based on BOOKS the RP might start off somethere IN the book so remember to make sure about that! Also don't make things up! Keep the plot flowing!
Family. What annoys me the most is this following example;
"I'm part of the uchiha clan! I wasn't killed by Itachi since I wasn't there!"
I think this is one of the most overused reason why a fellow Uchiha wasn't killed. I only do like Uchihas if they're in like the next generation like Sasukes kid or grandson! Anyway, make sure your character makes SENSE (Itachi KILLED his clan except for Sasuke because he said it wasn't worth it! Lol.)
I'm going to play as... Let's say you're going to RP as Naruto. Great! LEt's see what you got then! Obviously you're NOT going to be all emo and silent! Naruto is hyper and always content so STAY IN CHARACTER!

I will create OOC threads for each role play that will be found in Barton OOC since I wont allow this guild to be filled up so much! There will be a link that will be easy to find in the RP thread!
Okay..and?
OOC is meant to actually talk and discuss about the plot and what's going on so far in the RP. This actually helps emliminate confusion or other problems some users might have!
But I have a question that is private!
This is easy to figure out, just PM me and I will be glad to help!

The most important part of any role play, but these will be placed somewhere else! I'm unsure where but surley not on the RP thread itself!

Make sure that everything in your profile works, what I mean by this is that sometimes photobucket won't show the picture because maybe it got deleted or something similar! So good picture and even a good youtube link if a theme song is needed!
