The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Teddy Hart has been telling people close to him that he is heading to WWE along with his uncle Bret.
While this has not been confirmed, it should be noted that people he works with down in Mexico do not feel that he will last long in WWE should he end up signing with the company. Hart has a bad reputation for not listening and having a poor attitude, which is what got him released from WWE back in 2007. Additionally, it's being said that while he is very talented in the ring, he lacks the psychological ring skills needed to work for a company like WWE.
It's also being said that Hart wants to bring Jack Evans into WWE along with him, however Asistencia, Asesoria y Administracion (AAA) is very high on Evans at the moment and most likely will not release him from his contract, which still has two years left on it.
F4WOnline reports that The former Mystico from Juarez, now wrestling as Incognito, reportedly signed a developmental deal with WWE after impressing them with a tryout in Texas. He'll be heading to FCW.

JEEZ .. thats all we need ... Teddy in the hart dynasty ... and if EVANS O.O shows up ... we can finally have a non spotty Evans vs Sydal match ... nothing wrong with the WSX match ... but still those 2 on mainstreem stage .. with a good amount of freedom with the match .. would be great

Idk how to feel about teddy comin to wwe. he may be talented and a solid wrestler but ill take someone who can work psychologically in the ring and not be a premadonna any day

I'd like Teddy to check his attitude before going to WWE and got more work on his ring skills. He's a great high flyer but would look out of place in WWE type wrestling.
Jack Evans would be great...course they'd take away hisd finisher.

One other problem with Teddy Hart in WWE: CM Punk.
Punk doesnt just loath, doesnt just hate, doesnt just not like Teddy Hart.
CM Punk Absolutly ABHORS Teddy Hart with every fiber of his being.

CM Punk Absolutly ABHORS Teddy Hart with every fiber of his being. thats ok Punks on the downside of his push right now so he can drop to ECW and have Teddy go on the road with the Raw guys having taken the Dynasty to Raw with Bret

Hart's a douchebag, so I could give two shits less if he gets signed with WWE, let alone ends up on the side of the road, begging for change.
However... I absolutely LOVE Jack Evans. But he'd be nothing in WWE, because he'd lose all awesomeness he has because of his flying ability.
Never seen Mistico, so don't have a clue.
