I suppose it all depends upon what sort of help for which you are looking...
If you are trying to locate the transponder, then you'll need to keep roaming through the Old Aquaduct until you find the Predator Prairie Pup Commander (which looks a lot like the other prairie pups). It took me a long time to do this quest, since it was just a lot of roaming and fighting until I found that elusive Commander. Honestly, I couldn't figure out if there were a particular time or place that it'd show up...
