Like I said in your Renji/Naruto picture, I think the ears need work, and I think you have them too far back and too high in this picture. The neck seems too thin. The eyelashes should probably be thicker... Right now it looks like there aren't any eyelashes.
Eyes aren't as wide on side views... Unlike front views, the iris/pupil is pretty flat at the surface of the eye on side views. I think it's fine to have it show a bit more than that, but I think it's showing too much in your picture.
The colouring/shading looks pretty good.
