Everybody wants me to do easy things and stuff. Let me please explain that.
When I joined colorguard for my school's marching band, my brother said, "Don't join colorguard. You'll get made fun of."
My mom warning me, "They WILL yell at you."
When I eventually get a high school job for money, I'd like to work in a music/video store or a bookstore...
My mom suggested library. What's the difference between a library and a bookstore?
My mom goes, "Something easy for you."
Everybody wants me to do easy stuff. I want a challenge. I'm almost 16, for Christ's sake.
My brother says I'm not gonna get my driver's permit. rolleyes Just shut up.
Everybody wants me to do easy stuff. I'm not handicapped, I'm not retarded...When I did well in colorguard, everyone was proud of me. If I can accomplish THAT challenge, I can do everything else I want to do.
I want to accomplish as many things I wanna do while I'm still a young teenager. I want to walk a tightrope, twirl a saber, twirl a rifle, become a martial arts expert, see the world............

There just trying to see if they will do what they want you to do cause they think its "better" but it aint (most of the time) like my dad i found out how much a doosh he was when he came back from florida for thanksgiving he thinks im weak and trys encouraging me by lying that b***h. just relax and do what u think is best for yourself and dont listen to others or else you'll slowly start to fail in the game of life. but thats just my opinion...........

My opinion is...Trying to get past your parents ideas and lectures or what not is the biggest challenge. When I started to surf at a young age, every one was scared that i would drown, they never let me have a chance to go into the water...well one day i grabbed my board and snuck out, walked a couple of blocks down to the beach...for the whole day they looked for me, not once it crossed there mind that i was surfing...anyways when they saw me catch one of my best waves, they realized that it was my dream..therefore, they now support me in every action.

I am definitely not one to take the easy route and I just gotta say that your parents care about and don't want you to overexert yourself. Go after what you want without hesitation and don't step back from the challege. Those who choose the easy way out and perfer a life without hardships are weak and will have their last years of their lives steeped in regret.
