Well... a lot of parts look sharp and jagged. I used to use the line tool a lot and I thought the pencil tool was the most useless and stupid thing ever, but I pretty much never use the line tool in any program these days. I would personally only use it for backgrounds (for buildings or other things that need to be straight in perspective art).
Anyhow, I'd recommend using the pencil or brush tool rather than the line tool or things like the oval/rectangle/polygon tools.
Back to the actual picture... The arm to our left should be covering the body a bit with this pose, but it looks like you intended for it to just be kinda at the side. The upper body can almost get away with it, but I definitely think the hips need to be behind that arm a bit. With the width of the shoulders, the hips look to small, anyways.
