This is a highly fusional language. it is not polysynthetic -subject prodropping is allowed three marked cases: nominative, accusative, genitive there is no gender whatsoever prepositions, not postpositions determiners come directly after the noun it is determining unless a preposition is attached to the beginning, then it appears directly before the noun it is determining. adjectives come after the noun, and after the determiner if there is one. adjectives come directly before the verb or the adjective. he -runs fast is he fast runs very blue house, would be house very blue anaphor domains are the same as english, going back to the subject of the clause or sentence

verb conjugation all verbs end with a voiceless consonant. the infix for tense goes before the last consonant. if it ends with a double consonant like /s:/, it goes between the two consonants. so s-infix-s present I------------/-ʋɛ-/ you---------/-tɛ-/ he/she------/-sɛ-/ it-----------/-hɛ-/ we---------/-lɛ-/ you(plural)-/-bɛ-/ they--------/-fɛ-/ it(plural)----/-xɛ-/
