I got it instantly for two reasons.

One, I saw his face in one of the interviews from Bioware.
And two, is whited out due to the fact that it reveals a hint.
I romanced him. That's right folks, I fell in love with that sexy turian's articulation.

And by the way, those comments are hilarious. For those who didn't watch the vid I've copied them lower in this post, and they too are whited out.

If you were a human, I'd be complimenting your fridge or your kitchen..
So, your kitchen..looks good. and your fridge is,..VERY magical.

AND

Ah yes, "The Magic Fridge"... the mystical icebox full of bud-light, allegedly waiting in dark space...
We have dismissed that claim.

It's our good olde' Garrus Voice Actor, Brandon Keener. He's a crewmate, I want to say #2?

Also, Robin Sachs, Zaeed, was Sarris in the movie. Did a decent job I think.

And, while the invitation is well received, I would have to respectfully have to decline.
