So I've been thinking about this earlier and discussing it with my boyfriend. What if all religions were true? That anyone that believed in whatever would actually be correct? They'd either be damned or saved according to their religion. I know it sounds ludicrous and impossible but it was something interesting to think about..

This is kind of like in the Discworld - your afterlife there depends on what you believe will happen.
I think you can find true and useful parts in any religion, but not that they all as a whole could be true. Because they have some very conflicting and incompatible beliefs, specially about deities and about what happens after you die.
