There's a few places where I forgot how to color in the lines, but there it is.
Let's see, the pants took 6 shades of color: 3 green, 1 red, and 2 brown.
The shirt too 4 shades: 3 brown, and 1 purple.
The hair took at least eight, with any color you can think of.
and the skin took 5 shades: 1 Peach, 2 brown, and 2 purple.

The tone is definitely richer and nicer than before. The lineart is also quite nice. <3 My recommendation is to add a little more blue in places of shade to make it pop a little more, but that's just a personal preference. Well done.

Thanks. I had to do a lot of the colors here by the skin of my teeth, because I actually couldn't get any of the colors listed in the tutorials I've read to work (Pencils are very picky it turns out, and only the brand they used in the tutorial will work like that.)

That is some very nice colouring. There's just one thing I don't like about the line art - the fold at the elbow nearest to us. I'm certainly no master of folds, but in my eyes it seems like that kind of fold would be found on the other side of his elbow. I think it sorta makes it look like his elbow is bent in a weird way. Anyhow, good picture overall.
