This is a brief summary of my beliefs on life, death, and the afterlife...since I know you guys don't want to be here all day reading xd
it is kinda lengthy though, so please bare with me...
A lot of people wonder about aimlessly, not knowing which way to go or which faith to follow. I say follow whatever you feel is right and you’ll never be wrong. For those who want another view, here is what I believe. Remember though, this is just what I believe. You can choose whether to believe it or not. This is not an attempt to make anyone renounce their faith. The choice is yours
We are all pieces of God. Each in every one of us started out as a part of God, so when we were created, we were simply taken from God and crafted with our own personalities. We are all created equal because we all came from God. No man or woman has more or less of God in them than anyone else.
Before we came to this earth, we planned our lives down to the very last detail. We decided everything about ourselves from what family we would be in to what color our eyes, skin and hair would be and put them all down on a chart. Many of us wonder why our lives are so rough. Simply put, we plan things in this life to be hard so we learn more. If things were too easy, we would learn nothing and life wouldn't be as fulfilling. This is my definition for the meaning of life: To learn all you can on this earth and advance spiritually and return home.
After we die (depending on how we die) we return to heaven were it all began. Oh, for the record, hell doesn’t exist. It was made up by man to scare people into following religions. Also, contrary to popular belief, God isn’t a vengeful God. God isn’t an “almighty smiter” and God doesn’t get jealous if you follow other religions. These are things humans do. God doesn’t feel anger and therefore has no need for vengeance. God is simply infinite love, infinite mercy, and infinite understanding. When we return to heaven, we review our life and see how much we learned from it and how much we have advanced spiritually. Afterward, we might just start planning for another life.
Sometimes we don’t make it home. If someone dies with regrets, is brutally murdered, or doesn’t want to leave, they might become earthbound, or stuck on this earthly plain. That is why we have ghosts an haunted houses and such. Some people just simply refuse to leave.Others might not even know that they have died. They will remain here until they decide that they are ready to go home or someone shows them the way.
In some cases (such as suicides), people don’t return home, but they don’t remain earthbound either. This happens when someone loses all hope and they become deeply depressed. When they die, they don’t allow themselves to complete the journey through the tunnel that leads toward home (that’s what the whole "tunnel effect" is). Instead, they go somewhere where everyone has given up all hope and have completely forgotten God and where they came from. They go into a dark abyss known as the Left Door. That’s all I’m going to say about that because just thinking about the complete feeling of Godlessness, hopelessness, and despair makes me want to scream. To me, not being able to feel God is a fate worse than Hell(for the record, those of you that think that it might be "cool" to go there, IT IS NOT. You will be blind, terrified, and completely alone. Even if you scream, you won't even hear an echo calling back to you. Believe me, I've had a dream that took me near this place and I woke up in tears and barely coherent. It is not a place that you would willfully want to go).
On to better things! We don’t come to this earth alone. Before we leave heaven, we pick a team of angels to assist us and we have a spirit guide to help point us in the right direction. The number of angel chosen depend on the things you intend to face in this life. Your angels will come to your aid every now and then when you least expect it. Principalities (highest choir of angels) can only come if you call for them. Also, some deceased loved ones will also look after you (I can name a couple of times when the voice of my grandmother called out to me just before I made a bad decision). All-in-all, we are very well equipped for this life.
I hope this has been enlightening to you. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
