So, as Vice President of ACR, I've decided that there need to be some rules put in place so that hose of you who have great event ideas can create events in a more organized manner. Here's the rules.

- To set up an event, the idea must be verified by me or Mishisu Kemono. To do this, the person with the idea must PM the idea to me stating what

- Before wasting your hard-earned and other people's hard-earned gold and items, all winners of an event, if any, must send a verification PM after winning. This is to verify that they are still active, or in case they are switching accounts, etc.

- Events may NOT contain any explicit requests, or prizes

-If you read these rules, and are planning on submitting an event to me for review, please copy and past the rules into a separate PM before sending the actual idea for the event

- Events without any real plans for organization, will either not be accepted, or will have to be elaborated on before acceptance.
