Your mission is to go to the Resistance Headquarters and meet with Timor of Council.

You are to have Victoria let you in as confirmation of who you are.

The Resistance and the Rising's treaty is being renewed, you are to bring the copy of it from the office, which will be unlocked for an hour in order for you to retrieve it.

You will also receive further orders from Timor after the treaty is renewed.
