How does his effect work? Can it summon a card killed by battle 11 turns before it was summoned?

As long as the monster was destroyed by battle and is currently a Zombie-Type monster, it can special summon it.

For example you could use "Paladin of Cursed Dragon" to special summon your opponents "Mystic Tomato" that was destroyed by battle 5 turns ago while "Zombie World" is active.
