first of all I didn't know where to place this. However, I figured that since at some point most of us have used the stuff, that maybe that someone would have a good Idea or some advice for me. So, my parents left there personal lubricant out in there room on top of the dresser. my mom closed the door. However, somehow my 10 month old golden retriever got in there anyways and got a hold of the lubricant. anyways, long story short it is now all over the dining room on our nice purgo floors. does anyone have any Idea how to clean up lubricant off of purgo, or wood floors, or tile without ruining the floor? anyways to something more relavent, how do you pick a personal lubricant, what do you look for in one?

I'm not sure about wood (unless it was laminated), but with most floors I think it should just wipe off with water, no? If it's a water-soluble lubricant, it shouldn't be too hard to clean up.
When you're picking one for yourself, make sure it's water-soluble so you can use it with condoms. Brands like Astroglide and KY Jelly/Liquid are usually recommended. If you want to use it for oral sex, you can try something flavoured. Different brands have different textures, like some I've found are sticker than others.

Sorry, no idea about the floors. Just try wiping it up? I can't imagine that lubricant would be that detrimental to hardwood floors.
I like a lubricant that feels natural. Some of them feel goopey and sticky, which is gross to me.

we've tried water. (It was KY) it turned the floor into a slip and slide and made it even more slick. purgo it kind of lamenated cheap, fake hardwood. it's the stuff that kind of snaps together. it's still there. we keep wiping it up but it just gets all over.

Purgo sounds like what my grandparents have. I would say try a dry towel. If that doesn't work, I dunno. Soapy water? I'm really just guessing.

I would think soap would be your best bet.
As for what I look for, I like something odorless, colorless, water-based, and non-staining.
