I suggested John go to bed early last night, so he could get up early and apply for a job (he's been here for seven months, btw) and he shrugged at me.
He then told me he was going to apply for jobs online first (or instead? idk)
I think you're more likely to get the job that you showed up for, and made a good first impression instead of the "uh idk, looks ok on paper I guess..?" plan.
I know some places prefer applications to be online, but he's been using monster etc this whole time and it hasn't worked out yet.
And if you're going to apply to both the mall AND the internets..?
Idk if you guys know this, but the internets are always open. Stores, however, close.
I told him to find a job by october 14 (wedding) and he did, but they never called him back after the hire/gave him shifts.
Then I said fine, by thanksgiving. No job.
And now by Christmas.
So when he goes to visit family for Christmas, he'll have to stay there.
He's destroying my already miserable relationship with my mother.

Tiffany knows I'm working towards a job, and is fine with that.
Then again, I'm going out everyday driving a bike 12 miles altogether every weekday, AND applying online.
Soooo... yeah.
