Well, its up and almost ready. Begin making characters if you wish, ill put the rules here.

Rules.
-Maximum Lv Adj: 3 ((This means ECL:4 max, you can have class levels instead of a lv adj if you wish.))
-All races allowed as long as it follows rule #1.
-Classes can be picked from the Players Handbook, Dungeon Masters Guide or Complete Series.
-Starting gold will be 200, this is used instead of starting equipment.
-3.5 ruling.
-Use the Sylnae.net 3e Profiler for characters.
-Send completed versions to me Via Pm.

Well, which book? Im not familiar with much more than the Completes, PHB, and Psi Guide... for classes that is.

And gear can be from any book, just tell me which one... im gonna go ahead and say no Arms & Equip guide, i dislike it...

All books are 3.5 or can be easily converted to be so.

Ok guys, heres the deal. Im gonna be leaving for christmas break and go and see my father... so, this wont get worked on until I get back.
