ah! you forgot how consonants sounds when romanizing
Char Start Middle End ㄷ t d* t ㅂ p b* p ㄹ r r l* ㄱ k g* k ㅅ s s t* ㅇ silent n/a ng*
* = sound shifts in this environment
ㅎ ㅏ ㄴ = 한 han h a n ㄱ ㅜ ㄱ = 국 guk g u k
한국 (korea)
bold = start sound italic = middle sound underline = end sound
see how hanguk is one word? if guk was by itself/start of a word, it'll be a 'k' instead of a 'g'.
ah, i'm not korean myself but i think i've mastered how to romanize words ^O^ (i still needa learn how to translate korean into english rofls and actually speak fluent korean) x]

Other Vowels: ㅔ ㅐ ㅖ ㅒ
ㅢ ㅚ ㅟ ㅞ ㅙ
Other Consonants: ㄲ ㄸㅃㅆㅉ although it might not be necessary for beginners to understand these also. xp

Ohwow :O This really helps! I always thought Korean was one of the hardest Asian languages to learn, but I guess not. Hahaha
