Here are my Poems about WWII
As the pages turn, and the strings are cut, We look up to the sky as the Final stroke strikes midnight, Our hearts and minds at ease We look upon the blood soaked ground Our own handiwork as we lie still Blue eye’s close as the world goes on.
As the Clock strikes three My eyes start to fade, I can not see, I can not Hear, Oh will you not pity me? I who can not See, I who can not Hear? Will you not lend me your ear?
Swing, swing, swing! Says the child Swing like a Bird, To the third says he Swing like a Hawk Who does not have a flock?
This one is actually more about WWI
As the fog drifts in The soldiers will Cry “The birds are abound! Let them Plots Fly!” The Chittering of them birds, The Screeching of them Birds, The death of them Birds, These are heard, As the Flittering of the fallen Fleeting as it is birds to breath their last.
