Ryo: *Sitting on a large rock, playing a soft tune on his flute*

Yetaru: *Draws closer to his dad, following the sound of the flute. Unaware that his sister is also about*

Jena: *blinks and twitches lightly, before her ears stop twitchign completely and she moves towards the sound of the flute*

Ryo: *Stops playing when his kids come into view. Smiles and rest his flute on his lap* Hello you two

Yetaru: *Smiles* Ello papa *Blinks, looks over at Jena* Jenah!

Jena: *her ears begin twitching again once Ryo stops playing the flute* Da... *she blinks then look over at Yetaru, seeming to struggle before letting out a scratchy note* Ye..Yetah..

Yetaru: *Grins, runs up to Jena* Jenah, yuu can talk?! =D

Ryo: *Purrs softly while watching them*

Jena: *she tilts her head nad pokes her brother*Yes..?

Yetaru: Cool *Giggles when he's poked, his tail swishing behind him.* Yuu were looking for papa tuu?

Ryo: *Blinks* I wasn't aware that I was hiding

Jena: *she nods and giggles, her ears begin twitching more as she does so, and then she moves to prod Ryo's pantleg*

Ryo: *Smiles down at his daughter* Yes Jena?

Yetaru: *Eyes Jena's ears, curious about the twitching*

Jena: *she points at the flute, and then looks at Yetaru* More...?

Ryo: You want me to play more?

Yetaru: *Pokes at Jena's ear*

Jena: *she nods before falling back and starrin at Yetaru with hurt eyes*

Daveigh: -Is sitting at the kitchen table, one ear phone in, humming to himself while slowly picking at and eating a brownie-

Ryo: *Stops at the kitchen doorway* ...Hello Daveigh

Daveigh: -Nervously taps his fingers on the table a few times, a feeling of being unwanted coming over him, and then turns to see who walked him- Uh..hey Ryo..

Ryo: *Mentally shakes off the awkwardness and then walks over to dig through the cupboards, slipping on his usually friend demeanor* I have not seen you around for a while

Daveigh: -Shrugs and continues to pick at his brownie- I've just been busy with..things.

Ryo: *Pulls out some stuff for making cookies, then looks over at Daveigh* ...Is something bothering you Daveigh?

Daveigh: -Slowly shakes his head and keeps his eyes on his brownie- Why would something be bothering me?

Ryo: Because you're human *Pulls out a bowl and some measuring cups and then goes to dig the milk and eggs out of your fridge* You and I may not be on the best of terms, but you would like an ear, I can lend you mine

Daveigh: -Shrugs again and nibbles on a piece of the brownie- It's nothing important. Just some stupid relationship problems.

Ryo: Ahhh *Pours the cookie stuff into a bowl, then cracks the eggs and dumps them in* Did you and your significant other get into a fight?

Daveigh: No. We just..haven't seen each other in a long time.

Ryo: *Measures the milk, then pours it in. Begins stirring* Do you know where he or she live?

Daveigh: -Shakes his head- No, I don't. We never talked about that stuff or mentioned it. I never took him here and he never took me to his place since there was no reason to.

Ryo: *Pulls out a pan and begins placing the dough* Maybe you should ask him next time you see him? That way you would be able to visit him when he doesn't come around

Daveigh: IF I ever see him again. It's an island. Where could he be hiding?

Ryo: If you don't see him again, then isn't worth your time *Puts the cookies in the oven, then turns to face Daveigh. Leans against the counter* And there are plenty of places to hide

Daveigh: -Ears drop as he lets the worst come to mind- ...I guess so... -Sighs and goes back to picking at his brownie-

Ryo: *Walks over and takes a seat at the table*It could be that you two are simply missing each other, or there are many other reasons of why you haven't seen each other, so it's best not to assume the worst.

Daveigh: -Snorts- Why not? The worst always seems to happen anyway.

Ryo: Because it'll just make things worse for you. One should never let go of hope

Daveigh: I suppose that's true...

Ryo: And if you find yourself *Gestures to the brownie* feeling like this, you should seek out a friend.

Daveigh: ...You sound like a school counselor.

Ryo: *Coughs* It comes with the profession

Daveigh: -Cleans up the bits of brownie- Uh huh. I guess that's a good thing.

Ryo: *Blinks* At times I suppose *Sticks his tongue in his cheek* Not always though

Daveigh: -Shrugs- I've seen what happens when it doesn't go well or you just skip that whole part.

Ryo: You've seen what happens when I do something wrong? Or you've experienced it?

Daveigh: -Shakes his head- I've only seen what you've done to others and how you've acted.

Ryo: Ahhh *Taps his finger on the table* For the record, what I meant was whenever I used to talk to my Ex in such a manner, she socked me and told me stop treating her like some kind of pansy.

Daveigh: -Winces- That couldn't have been good. Well at least you are used to being punched then.

Ryo: Very used to it. .... *Cocks his head* If you ever see a tirading demon woman with black and white hair, don't try to help her. You either sit and nod your head, or appease her with candy before making your escape.

Daveigh: -Blinks- I think I have seen here around, but never talked to her.

Ryo: I'm not sure if I should recommend talking to her or not. She can be nice...at times. But she can be very insulting, it's her way of showing affection. *Pushes away from the table to check the cookies*

Daveigh: -Shrugs- She seems to spend most of her time with Janus.

Ryo: No surprise *Pulls the cookies out of the oven, then turns it off*

Daveigh: Why is that?

Ryo: She likes confrontation *Shrugs* He seems like the kind of guy that'd give it to her *Starts cleaning*

Daveigh: -Shrugs- They have their fights, but is is nothing big. Just arguments and yelling sprees.

Ryo: Which is what she enjoys. She also enjoys violence, but only when she knows that she can win
