My cousin called me the screw up of the family.
HIM
He has zero diplomas and certifications,
he drinks like a fish and sleeps with anything that has two legs and a v****a,
he has totalled three cars in good weather and permanently ******** up two others,
his credit is so messed up he can't even buy a car if he pays cash on the spot,
his parents are ready to kick him out of their house,
and he got fired from 60% of his jobs.
ME
I have two degrees and I'm going to go for my bachelors in the spring, plus I have two certifications and six glowing letters of recommendation,
I only have one drink every two weeks (if that)
I have only had one accident in hazardous road conditions which did less then $5 worth of damage,
I have decent credit for my age,
I am still welcome in my parents house,
and I have yet to get fired from any job I've had.
Yet I am the screw up?

I guess his logic is backwards, where he thinks that the more f'd up your life is, the better. I dunno. That's just what I think. But don't let him get to you, Cherry, we know you're amazing.

My only guess might be, if you're single and he thinks that a person's worth is defined by their relationships.
In which case, he's bought into a common but stupid misconception, and either way he's clearly a moron, so ******** him.

I told his father (my uncle) that his son called me a screw-up.
My uncle's response: He obviously has never looked in a mirror. rofl
