I don't think that he was born there. I think he was simply living there for a little bit when the accident happened, so he stayed even longer than intended.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't Micchi's parents Japanese? I can't remember much about KCK, but I'm pretty sure that his family was Japanese, and his father was the professor's assistant? Something like that...? Besides, his last name is Japanese anyway. I'll go re-read it, I guess.

Gosh, who doesn't love his nickname? whee Once I first heard it, I sort of got the little feminin feeling to that name. But then I just think of that picture (Micchi: I'm pretty, aren't I?), and I giggle so much. Funny, eh? ^-^

Oh, that reminds me. There's a boy named Mitchel in my class, as well as a girl named Lexi. Out of nowhere, she started calling him 'Mitchi'. Sound familiar? gonk
