You might well be stronger than me." he added mildly, turning around and starting to drag Mitsuo towards the entrance, despite the heaviness of his words. "Whaddaya think, boss? Leave him at the hospital and call the police so they're there when he wakes up?"

Yukiko has been saved and the team has escaped the Dungeon alive, but the emotional damage is much greater than any wounds suffered. Being forced to question the legitimacy of a relationship, a friendship, and coming so close to crossing that line between a hero and a villain...Mitsuo Kubo has left a mark on the Investigation Team that will not soon be forgotten.
But in the end, the Team was successful...and they survived to continue fighting another day. Mitsuo Kubo was left at the hospital and taken into police custody soon after by Officer Akihiko Sanada. Yukiko has been returned to the Amagi Inn to rest overnight. And the Team, after meeting in Junes after the dungeon, has gone its separate ways...
It has been a long, tough day...but it's not over yet. The Carnivale still awaits...
