Setting The stage has been set in the most epic of battle arenas, the Hell Battle Dungeon. It is located in the lowest point of the Oukoku Seken, under the coliseum. It's a very large room that has a hideously evil feel to it. The arena has the appearance of a large medieval torture chamber. The room is extremely dark and to the untrained eye nothing can be seen, but to the eyes of a trained dark warrior, the bare minimum of the dungeon is visible. The only source of light comes from large man-made rivers that are filled with a hot boiling lava. If all is quiet you can hear the sizzle coming from the hot lava river burning the air around it. The floor and walls are made of a black granite that make it even harder to see and navigate around. The only exit is the entrance and the only entrance is a large staircase that seemingly goes on forever. Not too many have fought in this arena, and of those who did only half of them made it out alive. In all the years of the coliseum battles there has never been an incident where both opponents came out alive. The ultimate battle for supremacy starts here and now.

The anticipation was killing him, he had to know. Although Jinsoku and Faia always had a romantic relationship there was always a certain feeling of competition between the two. When Faia had save Jinsoku's life, he was weak and had almost no fighting skills whatsoever, but now he was stronger, wiser, and determined to prove himself. The darkness in his heart was growing and become more and more influential with each passing minute. How much longer would it be before the dark completely engulfed him? He wasn't sure of the answer to that question and he was necessarily sure if he wanted to know. He couldn't afford to think about such tedious thoughts at a crucial moment like this. He had a important battle that he had to par take in tonight, and he wouldn't let a damn thing stand in his way.
Jinsoku walked towards the large dome structure of the coliseum. Walking closely behind him were hundreds of his followers, each one of them screaming and cheering for their lord. From the sky looking down it would look like a large tidal wave of black and purple was following Jinsoku. He made his way to the entrance and walked through the gate. He seen two guards that worked at the coliseum, and they helpfully lead him to the challenger's entrance of the Hell Battle Dungeon. As he started to walk down the long staircase, all he could think about was Faia. In a weird way, the way she looked during battle aroused him and he wondered if that would later become a weakness for him. No! Tonight is about business, I'll have tomorrow night be about pleasure. This is my chance to fully realize the extent of my power. I'll be able to completely let loose and maybe find out more about these sinful treasures of power that was bestowed upon me. Jinsoku clenched his fist and smiled, his transformation was starting to take place. His eyes changed to the familiar indigo hue and his fangs sharpened as well as his claws. His ears became slightly more pointed and his facial features slightly more defined.
He reached the bottom of the stairs and walked into the arena. The place had an eerie feeling to it. The darkness of the arena would prove to be an advantage, but the hot lava could easily be used by Faia to make up for her lost of sight. This would be an interesting battle to say the least. Jinsoku was pumped and ready to fight. Now the only thing standing between him and victory was his tenacious lover who was a fierce fighter. He knew she would be just as determined as he was to win this match. They both had something to prove. Jinsoku started to jump up and down slightly to get his adrenaline flowing. "I'm ready!"

Faia held her head down with her eyes closed. She was wearing some baggy black sweats and a tight leather corset that was also black. She wore black boots that laced all the way up and strapped to her ankle she had a small dagger. She had a tattoo on her left breast that had the words "Smokin Hot" written in a flaming design. Her hair was jet black with bright red streaks and today her hair was very straight. She had a long bang that came down to the top of her eyelashes so that you could barely tell whether she was looking at you or not. She had on leather gloves that were cut at the fingertips. She wore her golden sword at her hip and her bone scythe on her back. This was Faia's alter ego-- Flames . Behind her were her gang of minions that held burning torches and pitch forks. One very tall guy was behind her massaging her shoulders and another guy was standing to the side giving her peptalk; though she didn't need it, she always liked for him to get her fired up. Flames stood with her arms by her side and her hands in fists. She smirked as she thought to herself, 'Hmph, Jinsoku doesn't know what he's up for. Especially with the little "distraction" I have for him. Flames looked down at her large breasts that were slightly protruding out of her corest. Even though Flames had great sex appeal she knew Jinsoku had a very competative heart, and if she wanted to win, she'd better keep her senses sharp. 'Well alright, let's go for the kill!' Flames bounced on her tip toes as a boxer would, her eyes grew flaming red. She then proceeded down the long dark stairway to hell.

Jinsoku watched as Faia walked down the long staircase to the battle arena. With each step she took his heart pounded harder. As his heart rate, sped the darkness in him slowly started to spread, slowly swallowing his being in an effort to plunge his soul into darkness. Tonight was his night to prove to himself that he didn't need his help to win big battles. Ever since that fateful night when Jinsoku was betrayed, the darkness inside him wouldn't stop growing. Each passing day it spread over his heart, body, mind, and soul. The darknes threatened to takeover and lead him down a path of destruction if he couldn't curb its evil desires. The darkness provided him with tremendous strength but every time he summoned it, it grew stronger and he lost more control.
Faia and Jinsoku had more in common than most people recognize they did. Besides for the fact that they were all powerful leaders of two of the six empires, there was more that made them so similar. They each had powerful alter egos. Although, Faia did have a little more experience in controlling her ego, Flames, both of their counter-parts were deadly powerful. Jinsoku wasn't to fond of the idea of using another to fight his battles and therefore wanted to beat Faia with his own strength and not with the power of him. He knew that if he did win with that b*****d's help the victory wouldn't be nearly as satisfying or enjoyable. I can't let him take control. Not this time damnit!
Jinsoku was ready to fight. He knew that he was physically stronger and little bit faster than Faia, so if he could just break through her defenses this fight wouldn't last long. Sadly, it sounded a lot easier said then done. Those damn magic spells of hers were a serious threat and on terms of swordsmanship they were pretty much equal. Knowing this, he started to try to form a strategy to take her down gracefully and efficiently.
He started to slide his rapier out of its sheathe. The metal rubbed deep in the insides of the sheathe causing it to make a loud shing! sound. As Faia's foot hit the last step in the stair case, his Ikimono Sacchi immediately kicked in. In the dark, he could see better than he could during daylight. He noticed her battle attire and her facial demeanor. "s**t...that's not Faia...that's Flames..." Jinsoku's face lit up as he smile widened. If I can defeat her without him, then this victory will be even more so sweet. Jinsoku got into his battle stance, holding his rapier outward with his right hand and the left side of his belt with his left hand. He squatted down only a little bit as he prepared himself for what ever she might have planned. "It's a shame, I was hoping to face Faia. It's no matter though, I'm sure your blood will look just a beautiful on my blade!" He chuckled as he waited to see what her response would be.

Faia strutted into the battle arena, hips swaying making a familiar "clink" as the metal weapons touched and shook with the movement of her hips. There she saw Jinsoku, she saw that he had unsheathed his rapier and he was waiting for her to respond. She smirked as she examined his stern countenance and the piercing stare he held. She almost wanted to laugh when she saw the small beads of sweat forming on his temple. Was he scared? No. His adrenaline was rushing and he was sweating with anticipation. Jinsoku could walk into a mass army of assassins unarmed and not be scared. She liked this, because she too had felt no fear. Faia could sense the doubt Jinsoku had. She realized that her change of appearance took him aback. Faia had something going on with her that he never knew about.
When Faia was faced with battle, Flames had always been in the shadows trying to win her fight for her. Flames is nothing more than a demon that possessed Faia when she was younger, with attempt to control her body and satisfy her lust for battle. With Flames inhabiting Faia’s body for so long, DNA started to fuse making them join together as one. Faia didn’t want this, and all Flames wanted her to do was sacrifice her soul and in return guarantee battles never lost no matter who the opponent was. Faia loathed the fact that Flames was trying to take over her soul, so she forced the demon out of her and declared the fight of her life. With her soul on the line, Faia overcame her goal and the demon was defeated. Though they called it truce, Faia still had some sort of resentment for her to dare try to take her soul. So Faia agreed that as long as Flames would let her have full control during battle, then she could share the great passion they both had— to kill.
Faia smirked and muttered to herself in a low tone, “I know all about this dirty little secret you have. You and I are similar, but I know how to take control .” Faia knew these words would offend Jinsoku, and it pained her to speak to him in such a disrespectful way. But she knew that if she wanted to fight Jinsoku and not him she’d need to talk a good game to help him overcome this “thing” he had going on. Faia didn’t understand his situation much, but she swore to herself that if it was anything like hers, she would help him until the end. But right now she had a battle to win.
Faia stepped right up into his face and pressed the tip of her nose against his. She spoke with an evil hiss, “This is where everyone shall witness the most embarrassing defeat ever. Maybe I’ll let you live, doubt it.” She backed away slowly, drawing her golden sword. She heard some fat man yell in the crowd, “Holy s**t! You could see sparks when she drew ‘er sword mate!” She could tell the man was fat without even looking at him and her senses were so keen she could hear the popcorn being washed down with water. 'Flames I got this, now leave me the hell alone.' Faia’s gaze narrowed and she took her stance. “You first, babe .”

As Faia stared in his eyes, he could feel his anger growing. The transformation was about to start and she wasn't doing anything to help- not that he'd been expecting her to or anything. Jinsoku's rage would prove to be his downfall as he could not contain it. I just have to ignore the s**t she says. If I respond to her, it could cause him to return. Jinsoku had to stop his arrival at all costs because if he didn't, he could end up killing Faia and everyone else in the Oukoku Seken. He maintained his composure as he stared at her up and down.
His eyes widened as he tried to curb his arousal and focus at the task at hand. Jinsoku licked his lips and then the tip of his fangs as his mouth began to water. He was starving and the pains of hunger beckoned him to dig his fangs deep into the soft skin on the side of her neck. The darkness in him told him to tackle her to the ground and fulfill his haunting desires but his conscience warned him otherwise. "A tempting offer love, but I'm afraid I have to refuse. You see mademoiselle, I don't plan on dying or losing this fight tonight. I guess that means you will be the one who gets on their knees and begs, just like the other night, ma copine." He laughed loudly and wickedly as quickly disappeared and reappeared a couple of feet away from where he was standing.
He started to twirl his rapier by its black handle as he stared deep into the depths of her soul through seductive eyes. The dark fury inside him was building up and he wouldn't have long before he took over. He had approximately 15 minutes to finish this fight interrupted and that just what he would do. He cocked his head to the right slightly and got back into his fighting stance, this time a little more determined. The darkness spoke to him, 'Let's rock this b***h's world, Jinsoku!' He ignored it as he readied himself. The time for speaking was over, and it was high time he started and finished this skirmish.
He ran towards her with incredible speed, kicking up small dust clouds of black asphalt with each step he took. It appeared as if he simply glided on the floor as came onto her. He extended his right arm as he pulled it back and gather enormous amounts of Kuro Kotogara around the blade to strengthen it. He knew that she knew he was fast enough to catch her if she tried to run or dodge, so he got ready for a full force collision with her gigantic blade. He remembered to stay light on his toes just in case she decided to launch any deadly fire attacks at him. With a quick rush of adrenaline he swung his sword at full force, aiming horizontally at her torso. "Try not to die Flames! It would bore me if I killed you now." He let out a loud grunt as he attacked with the utmost intentions of killing her.

Fire rose within Faia and she could feel it heating up as he charged towards her. For an instant, all she could see was fire in which blinded her for a split second. Her countenance then formed into a frown as she began to launch at him. "I—am not— Flames!” She held her sword horizontally preparing to block Jinsoku’s powerful attack. She ran towards him at top speed and jumped in the air to block the attack. Faia brought her sword down with great momentum as it hit his rapier with a loud cling! The sound of the collision rang throughout the arena and the fire around them began to rise and burn more rapidly. Faia fell backward catching herself with her hand, with this, she forced herself back up and without hesitation she started hacking away at him. He was blocking her every attack, though something wasn’t right. The lava around the arena began boiling, increasing in temperature. Faia was losing sight, her anger was increasing, she was sweating. Never in her life had she broke a sweat fighting an opponent, she had always thought that she was too pretty to sweat for a worthless opponent. Her attacks became stronger and stronger, her agility started to increase, she exerted devilish energy as she hacked and slashed at Jinsoku. Her eyes began to burn with fury… 'Stop it'
As many times as Faia and Jinsoku sparred, she’d never been so forceful with him. She’d always been delicate and graceful as the two practiced their techniques together. Even when they had a disagreement, they’d spar until their anger was settled. Later on after they forgave each other, there would be a seemingly endless rendezvous within the underground chamber of Jinsoku’s beautiful goth styled lair. Though Faia never had the intentions to kill him, this time was different. The thought of being called another woman’s name was not her cup of tea. Anger had always triggered Flames unwillingly. She grew infuriated to hear him refer to her as the “beast” that lingered within the depths of her soul. This was enough to set her off on the most perilous rampage she’d ever had.
As she attacked left and right, she began to go completely blind, she was fading away. She could see Jinsoku’s furious, yet puzzled countenance as to why she hadn’t been fighting her usual way. She could also tell that he was getting irritated by the lack of strategy she was performing. “Damnit! This is not—ME!” Faia managed to cease the fire roaring inside her just long enough to regain control. ‘s**t, you stupid idiot. Why don’t you leave me alone! You’re going to end up really killing him.’ Faia took her stance again, this time prepared for her own attack. “My apologies Jin, here I come.” She then charged at him with the gracefulness of her own attack.

There was something off about her- well then again there was something off about him as well. She was attacking him fiercely and her attacks were getting stronger by the minute. She was trying with all her might to strike him down. Something he said made her angry. The fact that he called her Flames pissed her off. Jinsoku realized that maybe she didn't have as much control as she claimed. This fact wouldn't really help him though since he himself didn't have control over his other side, but at least he knew that in this aspect she didn't have much of an advantage over him.
As she jumped back and apologized he realized that Faia had regained control. By measuring her up he noticed that she could probably maintain her struggle and fight with him for the same amount of time that he could do with her. The fight could only last ten minutes, if not every one near them would be caught in the fray of battle and most likely die.
He let his Kuro Kotogara build up around the tip of his long glistening blade as he pointed it at the ground in front of Faia and proceed to let a large blast shoot out. A huge black cloud rose from the grow shadowing over the small area of the arena they were in. Using his quick speed he moved about 20 feet away from where he previously was. As he slowed down, his eyes carefully studied Faia. If he wanted to finish this he would have to stop her from using her Fire Resurrection. That meant that he couldn't let her get a chance to transform.
He quickly summoned three little demons that had the appearance of trolls with horns. Each demon was bald and rather muscular, while standing about 4 ft high. There was a red, green, and beige demon, each with three horns on their head. Jinsoku sent the three to charge at Faia while he prepared his next move.
He couldn't waste anymore precious time. He held his rapier vertically in front of him near the center of his face as he closed his eyes and began to chant. The dark fog known as Kuro Kotogara swirled around him in a vertex of evil winds. And so he said,"Soar through the darkest skies and strike down on those who oppose me. Howl loudly into the night in dark majesty! Dark princess of the sky and ruler of the nightly wind, Rydah I summon thee." The dark clouds began to form into the shape of a unicorn with wide wings. As the Kuro Kotogara began to solidify the beast flew high into the air. The creature had silky blue hair and large blue wings with orange tips. It's muscles were large and dominate. Rydah had fangs that were sharp and long, and poked out of her mouth, dropping below its chin like a sabertooth tiger. On the center of her forehead she born a large horn that was stronger than that of any unicorn or demon. Rydah landed on the ground behind Jinsoku. "This is your final warning Faia!" Rydah flew past him and charged at Faia pointing it's large horn at her as it prepared to ram her down.

Faia stood there as if she were paralyzed from the neck down. Her eyes widened, "What is this… creature ? She’s so… beautiful." The creature looked as if she were running in slow motion gracefully towards Faia, but this illusion didn’t last long. Before she knew it, the creature had turned from graceful to dark and horrifying as her teeth grew in size. She held her head down preparing to stab Faia. She ran with great intensity and CRACK! . Faia didn’t want to see the outcome of what this beast had done to her. ‘Don’t look…’ Faia mentally battled with her conscience on whether she wanted to see the damage or not, and as always she lost. Faia slowly let her eyes lead her to where she had felt the pain. She looked at her left bicep and she saw the blood, as well as her bone protruding from her bronze skin. Faia fell to the ground on all fours, her sword making a loud clink beside her. Her arm started to go numb, her breathing became faster, and her hope was slowly dying. Faia let out a low demonic laugh, “Ah.. hahahahahahaaa… ahahahaha.” She drew in a deep breath then managed to reach down to her ankle with her right hand. She unclipped the dagger from her ankle and turned it around so that she was holding the blade and the handle was now the exposed end. She tightened her left fist and slowly held the dagger back a little. Then Whack! she hit her bone, forcing it back in her arm. She could see the blood. Her eyes were wet with confusion, anger, embarrassment, and pain.
Faia never felt so low, this was all unexpected. She had never known anything about this Rydah . So why wouldn’t Jin tell her? Faia let out a long deep sigh. This wasn’t the time to play “pissed off girlfriend” this was the time to get her a** up, and kill . 'At least he didn’t mess up my good arm. Or it would have been his loss.' Faia dug in one her her deep pockets in her sweat pants. She pulled out some white medical tape and started wrapping her arm tightly, releasing soft moans of pain as the tape squeezed her arm. She could feel her bone shifting each time it tightened. Faia finally managed to gain the strength to stand up. She grabbed her sword and placed the tip on the ground as she leaned on it. She could see Jinsoku petting Rydah as if she were a playful puppy. She then saw him reach into thin air and grab a large piece of meat to stuff into her mouth (No weirdness). Faia rolled her eyes at the appalling creature as she day dreamed about slashing her insides out. Faia lifted her sword off the ground and held it in front of her. She sniffed and wiped away her “warrior tears” and stepped closer to Jin.
“If I go pulling little secret s**t like that, then you wouldn’t be able to witness my strength without magic. Let me guess, by using this horse looking son-of-a-gun I guess you expected she’d put you in a comfort zone huh? Well, I must say it was rather impressive. The b***h nearly took my friggin arm off. But.—I refuse to let you and this dragon thing stand in my way of victory. Now put your cow away and fight me like a man damnit!!” Faia was pissed , everyone could see that. She stepped away slowly and took her stance. “This time, I’m coming first." (No weirdness). Faia got into a track stance and without warning she dashed at him with top speed, arm aching, and breasts nearly bouncing out the top of her corset. She aimed her sword directly towards his neck. ‘Boy don’t you know I will slice your throat?’ “Dieeeeeee!”

Faia's charge at him alarmed Jinsoku. He did not expect her to get up so soon- let alone be ready for an attack. Jinsoku was fast but not fast enough to get away from this one, Damnit all! Since he couldn't dodge or maneuver any type of counterattack he had to block. He held his rapier horizontally, holding the handle and the tip of his blade firmly. Just then Faia's sword made a fierce impact with the center of his blade. The sheer force and momentum of the Faia's attack was more than enough to keep Jinsoku falling back. He tried with all his might to keep both feet planted on the ground but he just couldn't get enough leverage. He looked at his rapier and seen that it's blade was bending, <********! Not again! Why does she always do this? Jinsoku knew that although rapiers were easy to handle and maneuver with, their light weight made them rather flimsy against larger weapons.
His blade had taken all that it could have taken and in a moment's time the metal of his rapier snapped into two pieces. The force of impact was enough to push Jinsoku off his feet, leaving him to fall backwards on the hard ground of the arena. Fragments of iron flew all around him, some pieces leaving cuts on his beautiful face. As streams of blood and metal flew by Jinsoku started to think, Oh s**t! This girl will pay for marking up face. I must think fast. Out the corner of his eye he seen Rydah flying towards him. The two made eye contact as Jinsoku told it telepathic what to do to help him. As Jinsoku rolled on the hard asphalt floor backwards he shifted his body weight to his arms and planted them firmly on the ground. Using all the force he had, he pushed up and pulled off something like a rolling backflip so that he could get high into the air. Before he had a chance to land, Rydah swooped in from under him and caught him on her back. He and Rydah elevated high into the air as Jinsoku looked down on Faia. That was close. She nearly killed me. But without my rapier here to help, I am as good as dead in a fight against Faia anyway. Damn it she backed me into a corner. I only have one option...one last chance to win this thing before he takes over!
Jinsoku knew he wouldn't have much time in the sky before Faia started launching massive fireballs at him, so he had to do something and do something fast. There's only one last skill I have that she shouldn't know about. If Rydah was a surprise, wait until you see what I have planned next. Jinsoku informed Rydah of the plan and in a neigh of agreement, she began to charge at Faia once more. As Rydah charged Jinsoku stood up on top of her, riding the creature like a surfboard. Jinsoku knew that this next attack would not be enough to catch Faia off guard, so he prepare himself for his next move. While Rydah got close to Faia, Jinsoku jumped off of her, leaping over Faia and dashing a distance away from the feminine warriors.
Rydah was strong but not nearly strong enough to stand up to Faia. Jinsoku realized this the moment he summoned her and he knew that Rydah realized it as well. He had to bring out the big guns if he wanted to shoot Faia down. When he got a safe enough distance away from Rydah and Faia, he turned around sharply and began to gather his Kuro Kotogara. Jinsoku closed his eyes and held his hands flatly together in front of him like he was praying. As more Kuro Kotogara began to form, a bright purple, circular, summoning glyph appeared below his feet. The ground begun to shake as Jinsoku prepared to bring out his strongest beast. Kuro Kotogara began to form in the shape of a large colossi of darkness behind Jinsoku. His eyes opened and began to glow bright purple as he started his chant, "Squash foes who stand before me and send the world in a vortex of bloody chaos. Trample down on villages, crushing the worthless souls of all into a dark oblivion. King of the Underworld and Overlord of Hell, Oni Musha, I summon thee."
The Kuro Kotogara began to solidify, showing the appearance of a creature that screamed apocalypse. The beast stood well over 20 feet tall and had rough brown skin and biceps. It had the look of a demon from hell, with several horns on its head in the shape of a crown. You couldn't see it's eyes in its eye sockets at all, all that you could see was darkness. It had muscles on top of muscles all through it's body, bulging through it's pale brown skin. Oni Musha's claws were huge, each finger extending more than five feet in length. The creature began to beat its chest as let out a bone rattling roar loud enough to be heard throughout all empires. For the first time the crowd stood silent. Struck in awe by the size of the dominating creature.
Jinsoku fell to one knee, sweat trickling down his forehead profusely as he struggled to catch his breathe. Oni Musha seen Faia and began to walk over to her, shaking the ground a little with each step. The beast looked down on her and raised its fist high into the air. It let out another loud roar while it began to bring its fist down to strike her.
While this was all happening Jinsoku's vision began to get blurry and his eyes started to hurt. Damn, I used up too much energy summoning that thing...Chaos...He's gonna take over... Jinsoku passed out on the ground, not moving in the slightest like an inanimate object. Kuro Kotogara slowly began forming around him as it start to swallow him into darkness. Jinsoku's ten minutes were up.

Rydah was standing directly in front of Faia. Faia looked up at it. “So, he uses you again huh? Look, I’ve really lost my patience for you. Goodbye.” Faia lit her sword ablaze and held it directly in the air. She used her anger inside her to jump high enough so that she was hovering over the beast. Faia smirked as she thought how enjoyable it would be to kill this damned thing. The whole audience was wowed by Faia’s magnificent leap into the air. It was as if she had jumped in super slow motion and now she was preparing for a kill she’d been longing for. Faia’s legs were stretched out as if she were sitting on the ground doing a stretch exercise. Both her hands were on her FSG and she was falling down with graceful speed. As she neared Rydah’s head, her countenance changed from pissed, to devilish. Faia smiled an evil smile as her sword tore through the animal’s thick skin. She could feel the fire burning, bones cracking, and blood gushing. As Faia sliced this beastly creature in half, blood splattered everywhere including spots on Faia’s face. Faia landed on the ground with both hands gripped on her sword. The two halves of Rydah both split and fell to the ground with a big thud. Blood was splattered everywhere and from the point of view of one in the audience, it would look as if they’d stepped into a massive slaughter house. Rydah soon began to deteriorate and soon, all one could see was the print of blood her body left on the ground.
Faia could hear a loud commotion going on behind her. As she turned around she saw the most horrifying thing she’d ever witness in all her days of living. As Faia looked up into the dark sky, she could see the beastly creature’s terrifying features. Faia had no idea as to why Jinsoku would summon such a deadly creature against her. This led her to the assumption that Lord Fuzen really wanted her dead. Terrifying thoughts crossed her mind as it pained her to think of the unthinkable. This thought was by far the worst among worst. Faia tried to tell her conscience to shut up but the words were echoing louder and louder inside her head with each passing moment. ‘This can’t be.. why would he summon this deadly thing? He’s been trying to kill me all along… is this… the work of—Gansaku Nyuudou?! No—NO! He wouldn’t do that… he wouldn’t. He couldn’t!’ Faia was stunned and motionless for a very long moment. The crowd grew silent as they gaped and gawked at the horrific creature standing in their presence. ‘Things are about to get dangerous. So what do I tell the people? Oh well, if they’re smart, they’ll get the hell out.’
Faia could see Jinsoku’s body strung out behind the large creature. This sent her mind into a frenzy of thoughts battling back and forth with each other trying to make sense of all that was going on. To Faia’s surprise, a tear trickled down her face and fell onto the ground. The arena was so quiet that it sounded like a large wave splashing on the beach shore from strong wind. “Jin…soku…” Faia wasn’t sure if this was the thing that she had no clue about, but judging from experience, this didn’t look like a secret plan. This looked more like a demonic form of possession come to life. ‘Is this the reason behind Jinsoku’s anger? Is this what’s gotten him so frightened of himself?’ Faia quickly came to realization that Jinsoku was out cold, and this beast was standing before her with an instinct only to kill kill kill. Faia knew that the battle had taken turns for the worst, and it was up to her to get Jinsoku up and walking again. “No, you’re not going out like this. I’ll kill this ******** demon. I’ll KILL THIS CHAOTIC b*****d!”
Faia’s sword was still lit ablaze and yes, she was still highly passed pissed. She started to mumble to herself in a hushed voice. She started mumbling louder and the audience could hear that she was mumbling a rhythm repetitiously. “Fire resurrection I feel within me… Fire resurrection I summon the true me. Fire resurrection I summon myself, from the depths of soul I summon THYSELF!” The fire from her sword slowly began to gather at the tip, and slowly it began leaving the sword and flowing into the ground. Within seconds the whole field was lit on fire, blazing hot as ever. Fire began to slowly creep up Faia’s back, burning her clothes off; then up the nape of her neck, fusing with her hair. Her hair set on fire, creating a beautiful flaming hue of silky crimson and orange mixed with the flames of the devil. Her eyes grew a bright red, and slowly the shape of them changed into narrow slits in somewhat resemblance of horizontal cat eyes. Faia’s bare body was burning with flames that had deadly temperatures of over 600 degrees. She was on fire, from head to toe. Faia could see that her hand had turned a mixture of blue and purple due to the medical tape squeezing all the blood out her arm. But there was no time, if she didn’t launch an attack now, she’d be looking just like Lord Fuzen over there. She laid her FSG down on the ground beside her. It was no use. Faia reached behind her and grabbed her bone scythe off her back. She held it in both hands, she held the heavier end in her stronger arm. ‘I’d better be careful not to rip my arm off completely.’ With all the courage, and all the love she had in her heart, she readied herself to execute the most perfect attack ever. She had a plan to decapitate this demon’s head with one swift motion of her bone scythe. She took her stance, and then with one swift motion she charged directly towards Chaos leaving behind her a trail of blazing fire. “JINSOKU! I—WILL—HELP YOU!”

Jinsoku was trapped in the dark labyrinth of his mind. Lost in a maze of evil and confusion. Inside he seen images of hell and the underworld; he seen the devil himself, sitting in a high throne watching over the demonic center of chaos; he seen himself back into a corner while hordes of demons came closer and closer to him in an effort to devour his very being. He felt lost and alone, forever trapped in this world of darkness. Jinsoku had no where else to go to and before he even had the chance to utter a cry for help, the demons swooped in, swallowing him into the ecstasy of their darkness. He tried with all his might to break free of the darkness. Jinsoku stretched his hand out to the sky as he was being drown into the pool of demons, sinking deeper and deeper into their numbers.
Meanwhile outside of the darkness of his mind, Faia was battling the huge demon. As she swung her scythe at the neck of the monstrous being, her flames erupted and her attack succeeded. The force of the attack let out a large heatwave as she cut through the demons neck. Flames scattered all around the arena setting the whole place ablaze. Vibrations shook the dome structure rattling it apart like a child shaking a snow globe. The fires spread around the arena creating a hellish ring of fire. Oni Musha's head drop on the ground setting off yet another shockwave, demolishing the arena further. As Faia landed, Oni Musha's body began to shake fiercely. Parts of the creatures body then began to expand like an oversized balloon and within seconds, the large body exploded blowing the roof and many parts of the coliseum clear into the nightly sky. Destruction rang like a large church bell as many aftershocks from the turmoil began to rumble the ground like thunder.
The aftermath was devastating, not a single member of the audience survived. All that was left of the arena were scatter pieces of rock and scared areas of land. The grass was covered with thick coats of asphalt and a large black cloud hovered above the area. Flames still lingered in the form of a large ring of fire as they burned high and brightly. Not a sound could be heard except for the fierce crackling of the fire that surrounded them. A large amount of fire had gathered around Jinsoku's motionless body. Surprisingly the flames did not burn him but instead look as though they hugged him tightly and securely. Just then time seemed as if it froze for a moment. The flames laid there, not burning or moving; the rattling of the earth ceased; and even things as insignificant as the crows flocking together in the night sky stopped in a moment of time. The battle being fought inside Jinsoku's mind had been decided. Jinsoku had lost. The fight between him and Chaos as well as the fight between him and Faia. His only hope was that his lover would have the sense to run away from the site. Fighting back Chaos while he was in the presence of a strong warrior would prove to be nearly impossible at this point.
No, it wasn't the work of Gansaku Nyuudou, this was the devil's arithmetic, the work of someone far more wicked. Time resumed but things were a lot more different. The flames around Jinsoku had turned pitch black. The night sky began to glow a lustful indigo color. The fields of lush green grass died and turned a horrific dark gray color. Jinsoku's body rose from the flames and there was something entirely different about him. His hair became considerably longer and wilder, slicked back and stretching below his waistline. The color of it was also altered, his hair had become jet black with long highlights of white and purple on some strands. He had ripped his shirt off and his large muscles, as well as his purple glowing glyphs that had the same appearance of tribal tattoos were showing. His eyes retained their purple glow and his fangs and claws had gotten noticeably sharper. His look was completely different, this wasn't Jinsoku anymore. This was his true alter ego- Chaos.
Chaos started off with a light chuckle that gradually grew into a wicked hefty laugh. He looked at Faia with malicious eyes, "I'm afraid you was mistaken little girl. That creature you killed was not Chaos...I am. That thing was Oni Musha, my summoned pet. I must say...your a real b***h for killing him. All he wanted to do was plaaaaayyy. Ahahahaha....I am the evil that resides within your lovers heart. I am his alter ego. The Almighty Chaos! Get with it bitchez" His laughing got even more obnoxious and loud. When he spoke his voice echoed like a reverb in a grand hall. His voice was raspy, wicked, and taunting. He had a tendency to drag out the sounds of certain words when he spoke. His aura was devilish. There were large amounts of negative energy spewing from this demonic monster. He was the pure essence of evil.
He extended his arm out horizontally to the side as Kuro Kotogara began to come to it in the form of a sword. As it solidified, it took the shape of a long black katana extending by about five feet. It was Chaos' favorite weapon Tenma Souzoubutsu. The sword looked glossy and beautiful, shining a lustful black marble color. Kuro Kotogara circled around the evil blade in a large twister of evil. Chaos held the sword in the air with two hands and he smiled and looked at Faia. Inside his mind, Jinsoku heard the words of Faia and was fighting back with all his might. Chaos realized this and knew he didn't have enough time to enjoy the fight. Jinsoku's body was exhausted and as soon as he regained control of it, they both knew the fight would had to be over. In a selfish last attempt at victory, Chaos fought back against Jinsoku and put all of his strength into the sword. This is my only chance damnit! I must win at all costs!, Chaos thought.
He swung the sword and released an energy blast as big as a hurricane at Faia. This instantly drained Jinsoku's body of all its power, and in this weakened state he regained control. It was too late for him to do anything though. He could barely stand up and soon felt his body getting heavy and weak. He collapsed, passing out and laying on the ground once again.

Faia was very upset at this horrific monster. He had no sense of respect whatsoever. How could he dare stand there and call a graceful lady like her a b***h? As she watched the monster send his Kuro Kotogara directly towards her, she stood there. Faia was unable to move. Her arm had grown numb and she lost so much blood that she couldn’t even move it anymore. She dropped her scythe on the ground and collapsed as Chaos sent what seemed like a hurricane of darkness towards her. She closed her eyes and braced herself for what she knew would be her death. Inside her mind she tried to think of all the great times she had with the only person who’d ever brought a smile upon her face—Jinsoku. She could see them dancing with similar rapiers under the moonlight somewhere far off the coast of Oukoku Seken. She could see the beautiful smiles that seemed to live on their faces for as long as they held each other’s gaze. Faia closed her eyes, her body began to shake uncontrollably—her true self was fading away. The fire around her ceased and her body grew ice cold. Faia could feel the hard gravel scraping and stabbing at her naked body as she laid on the ground. With one last attempt at life, she looked over to Jinsoku’s unconscious body. As tears fell from her eyes she whispered two words, “I’m sorry.” Faia grew dizzy and passed out.
As Faia awakened, her vision came into focus. She could see that it was still dark in the arena. Though she couldn’t tell whether it was morning or evening for the underground arena was always dark. She tried to move, but didn’t succeed. She felt excruciating pain in her arm and it was spreading throughout her whole body. Faia was lucky to be alive. ‘But how?’ she was sure that Chaos would finish her off but yet, she was still laying here very much alive. As Faia’s memory grew less clouded, her eyes widened. Putting all her pain aside, she managed to heave her body upward in a sitting position. She scanned the arena for Jinsoku, and there he lay in the very same spot. “Jin! Jin!” Faia tried to gather her strength so she could make her way over to him. This all seemed impossible considering that her body was weakened by the strong pressure release that Chaos had given off. Get… up. Faia tried to tell herself to move. She had to move. Move! Faia let out a loud cry of pain as she forced her body to move beyond its limit. She managed to stand on her shaking legs, walk on her aching feet, and sit on her scraped knees next to Jinsoku. Her eyes were flooded with tears as she looked down at his cold body. “Jin, please. Can you hear me? I’m so sorry this happened! This is all my fault. I- I’m, sorry.” Faia sat by his side. She could feel infection swarming within her arm now. She had very little time before her arm grew so worse that it would have to be amputated. But she didn’t care, she would lose an arm, a leg, and even her life for Jinsoku. He was her unknown weakness, and he was the reason she sat beside him… alive.
She leaned down and gave him a small peck on the lips, and when he didn’t move in the slightest, she’d given up on herself. She could feel the dizziness coming back for her. Her vision grew blurry once more. She laid horizontally across his broad chest. She closed her eyes, “I would die here with you.” Before Faia had gotten the chance to say what she really wanted to say. Her head and mind grew fuzzy, and her eyes closed. She heard the words floating in her mind as her consciousness began to leave. She heard them, heard them clearly, she curved her mouth to speak the words… but it was too late. Faia was out cold.
