I'm always so catious when I bring my DS with a game to a shop or wherever, cause I always have this feeling that someone is gonna take it. It's probably because one time I was at this pokemon event and I left my gameboy advance where I could see it. This kid picks it up, looks around and was ready to put it in his pocket. That was until I said "that's mine". He then pretended it was an accident and went off. Now I put my DS in a case along with the games..
People are strange at tournaments in general. I once had some guy threaten to smash my Pokemon Yellow back after my three Eeveelutions went to town on his army of Mewtwos. I can assure you, the guy was beaten so bad by only half my team it was downright embarrassing. Let's just say the store manager at the time threw his arse out pretty quickly and by the end of the day, I had slapped around a few more Mewtwos and Mews to win a new Pokemon Stadium game. So yeah, protecting your game appears to be quite the most crucial bit of advise that anyone could receive when it comes to going to local tournaments. I take it you EV trained your pokes like crazy huh? After all, considering in Gen 1, there really was no cap to EV training stats.
razz @Archolite: If you want friend, I could donate a wishmaker Jirachi if you need.
Yes please. Sorry, I've been away for a while, my grandpa is sick (dying unfortunately) & lives in North Carolina. But, I'm back now.
