Dropping way too fast. I was just under 100lbs maybe a week or two ago. I'm about 92lbs now.
And it shows. People have been commenting. Weirdly, it's always in response to someone joking I'm fat. For example, (real convo that has happened a few times in various forms):
Me: I'll only go to the canteen if I'm buying food myself because I'm lazy. Person 1: And fat. Me: Fat and lazy. I have no redeemable qualities! Person 2: WTF SHE'S NOT FAT WTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT. Don't tell her she's fat when she's a stick!
Um. I think people might be concerned I have eating problems? Probably because no one sees me eat, I'm busy every lunchtime organising stuff so I rarely sit down and actually eat. So I haven't been eating lunch, and everyone knows I don't eat breakfast. I do eat a big dinner, but obviously no one sees that.
I want to start eating breakfast, I think that will help. Problem is, I'm not hungry in the mornings at all. Like, the thought of food makes me want to puke. How can I get around this? Force myself to eat? The very idea makes me nauseous. For the last few mornings, I've put bread in the toaster, buttered it, and then not eaten it because I physically can't make myself eat it without feeling so sick. D:
Ideas?

There are a lot of meal replacement breakfast drinks that have lots of vitamins and good things. Drinking one would probably be easier than trying to eat something. I have some chocolate ones in my fridge right now....

I have some chocolate ones in my fridge right now.... I tried to drink one of those this morning and only got through a few sips. Dunno if it was because I have VC's problem or because it just didn't taste good to me.

I do the little shake supplements too, not because I want to be on a diet, but because they have lotsa vitamins in them, and make me feel full so I'm not distracted by being starving at school. I don't like breakfast, so if I have time I'll just heat up leftover dinner, or shove cold pizza in my trap, but if I don't have time even for that, I'll just grab one of them slim fasts.

OMG I'M THE SAME WAY. I'm almost never hungry when I wake up. I used to have to force myself to eat back in school or I'd be starving by the time 1st period was over.
Shake supplements if you can stand that taste. I tried that for a while. Or try drinkable yogurts. It's food, but you drink it, and it's lighter on the stomach that cereals and breads are. I tend to be a lot thirstier overall than I am hungry, so for a while I lived off of sports drinks and drinkable yogurts.

I sometimes feel like that. But it's important to have a lil sum sum in the morning!

Are you often cold?
My sis is underweight and she has some kind of thyroid problem that prevents her from gaining weight. Also eating breakfast makes me feel nauseous too but I still always force down some multigrain cheerios. Cereal works best for me, because my mouth is dry in the morning so toast doesn't tickle my fancy even after drinking tons of water.

Ensure would probably be a good one to try. My friend's dad had to drink it when he had cancer and had trouble eating.

Try eating avacados? They're pretty healthy but higher in non-cholestorol fats that may help you maintain.
I eat avocado halves as a treat. I slice it up in the skin and eat it with salt and pepper.
Linky linky.

Tsuki_San Random question, but do you get indigestion or acid reflex? I do get indigestion, but I don't think it's more often than regular people do. @Streetlights- I'm not always cold, I seem to go to extremes of temperature. Either I'm freezing cold or I'm boiling hot. @Everyone else- Thanks for the advice. I think I'll get some of those breakfast drink thingies/drinkable yoghurts because I've always liked the taste of them anyway.

Vitty, you might have hyperthyroidism, I think you should go see a doc~ Are your periods irregular? Do your hands shake? Are you unable to sleep at times? Feel your neck. Any lumps? My mom has it. She was unable to gain weight, she was constantly dropping. And what streetlights said.

CARNATION INSTANT BREAKFEAST. But in the powder form so you have to add the milk. The stuff in the bottle is nastyyy.
Also, I agree with Athens, my mom had that, she was 92 pounds all through high school, people thought she had an eating disorder.
They it went the other way, and now her thyroid just doesn't work, lol.
