RACES__________________________________
SHAPESHIFTERS: A.K.A. Skinwalker, Lycanthrope, Berserker and the Beast possessed.
Werewolf-
Also known as Lycan, Skinwalker. There are many legends and clans/breeds of the werewolf.
Kitsune-
Legends of the multi tailed fox is told world wide. But let it be said though the fox is a trickster never doubt that he is also a warrior. As a Kitsune ages every one hundred years it earns a new tail until it gains nine tails. Usually by this age it has turned completely silver.
Nagah-
The snake people. One species that has a monopoly on assassination.
Ursus-
The Ursus are better known in these times as Were-bears. There is little known about them beyond being great healers and mortifying warriors.
Tengu-
The Were-raven/crow nearly extinct this species has quelled their urge to mock those that cross their path and simply bring silent death.
Weaknesses:
Silver: This only applies to Werewolves.
VAMPIRES: A.K.A. Vampyre, Auphee, Sensalu, Dhampyr
Vampires were given their first breath of life as a form of revenge. The Gray Lords of the Fae convinced the Wyldlings that the only way to bring peace to Shindai would be to destroy humanity. Right or wrong the Wyldlings forced the Blackest and blood thirsty of dragons, Valshar to rape one of the first daughters of man. The first vampire was nothing more than a monstrous half-breed but its thirst for blood caused it and its offspring to evolve into a new race. The Vampire.
Sensalu are the product of a Vampire and Nymph offspring. The nymph using it’s beauty to kill and a vampire’s thirst giving birth for a need to feed upon sexual energy. Sensual
Auphee are the product of vampire and demon mating through Fae magic. Auphee are monstrous creatures that not only feed on the blood of their victim but usually the entire body. They are many times mistaken as ogre females. Though Auphee can be both male and female they are known as the ’beautiful hunters.’ Like their Fae ancestry they are beautiful and through their vampire and demon ancestry they are bloodthirsty murderers.
Dhamyr’s are half-breed vampires who have not become part of their own species like the above who have had millennia to evolve. Dhampyr are the b*****d children of chance mating’s with others species. They bear vampire strengths to inhuman degree and none of their weaknesses.
Vampire: Feeds off any being who bears warm blood.
Sensalu: Feeds on sexual energy.
Auphee: Feeds on the blood as well as the body.
Dhampyr: Most feed on the normal food that their none vampire parent lived on. But some drink blood to fuel their rage to grow stronger in power.
Weakness:
Vampire: Like all creatures beheading is a definite for the kill. A vampire can be captured by using gold chains, as it is a symbol of the Oudine. Also direct Oudinelight will set them ablaze. Fire is also a weakness as young vampires have little to no resistance to it.
Sensalu: Their one true weakness is that to feed on one who bears true love of another is almost always instant death.
Auphee: There is no known weakness beyond the basics of simply hacking them to pieces if you can manage to catch one.
Religious symbols have no bearing on these creatures unless the items themselves are enchanted. Though in very rare cases true belief will drive them off. But that goes for any race.
FAE:
Little is know about them but these are a few.
Sprite: These beings have control over water.
Nymph: These creatures like all Fae are beautiful but they use their beauty to kill.
Satyr: Also known as the goat men of the grove. Fierce warriors and worshipers of the hunt.
Sylph: These Fae have control over wind.
Dryad: Protectors over nature. Their main power is within growing things of nature.
Ogres: Also known as Grendals, Orcs, and Trolls. The Ogre is thought to be a long ago product of demon and Fae. But in this day in age they are a species of their own and have quite a variety of different traits through many of their bloodlines. The males are large muscle bound, horned and tusked killers. While their women oddly enough are quite beautiful but also bear horns and in rare cases tusks if they are given the opportunity to age as most times after birth ogre females are devoured by their young.
Dragons: Kings of the Fae yet they still bow to the Gray Lords. Dragons are not only powerful Fae but the greatest of shapeshifters and responsible for the birth of the first vampire.
Gray Lords: Little to nothing is known of them as they live on the plane of Neduran. What is know is that they are the ones the true fae worship as their gods.
DEMONS: Though they go by uncountable different names. These beings dwell in the shadowed planes of Ashedare using blood as their currency to gain power. Yet unless summoned by those who can bind them only half-breeds can survive on the surface of Shindai.
ANGELS: Bound by the gates of Chithail above Shindai. Though they hear the prayers of those who worship them all they can give is their blessings in whispers. Though their half breed children roam the lands of Shindai unknowingly.

BARBARIANS:
SPELL CASTERS
Witches: They are the modern equivalent of many teachings of the Magi, Sorcerers, Druids and Wyldlings past down through muddied generations of magic users. Though their heritage is overlapped and most times lost. Oddly enough these wielders of magic are the most powerful.
Magi: The Scholarly ones. Though they know many spells and lore they rarely see the world beyond their books. Only wish to learn yet put none of their talents to use.
Sorcerers/Sorceress: These magic users are not well read into the history or teachings of magic. Basically they just wing it and because of that they usually miscalculate. Big explosion and a massive backlash but fairly effective.
Druids: The rune masters, bone readers, those who listen to the whispers of nature and call upon beasts into the fray. All in all… Piss off a Druid and have a bear claws rearranging your face and a tree beating you with an ugly stick. The Druid is quiet and secluded preferring the quiet life defending a grove they are just below the Wyldings in raw power.
Wyldling: These beings are nearly extinct. They have a true bond with the elements and all that nature holds sway over. It is said they were the ones who called upon the beasts to take human form to watch over man. It was also said that they took the blackest and murderess of dragons to take human form to rape the women of Eden in an act of the Gray Lords revenge against man. It was said that this dragon found Illian. Mans first daughter and gave birth to the first vampire. But that’s all speculation. The Wyldlings are a product of the Fae trying to breed out humanity and ended up with a major screw up. Mortal beings with Fae magic.
