The person to the left... I think their ear is too far back. I generally try to have the part of the ear that's attached to the head kinda in line with the horizontal (side view) center of the head, though that varies from person to person.

Anyhow... I think it looks too far back, like it's at the end of the head. I think the heads/faces/kiss look good otherwise. Something about the person to the right looks a bit weird, but it's hard to say what it is since there's no body (or that might be what it is).

Like I said, it's a rough. I was mostly working on the connection.
And I know what's wrong with the girl on the right, her eye is tilted too far down.
