I don't really remember anything too much about water colours other than that you have to keep in mind you aren't putting layers of paint on top of each other - you're just colouring the page. Oh, and using small brushes for large areas is a pain. If you have larger brushes, use them for the backgrounds like they sky or that dark brown in the "Twins" picture. I can see where your strokes ended or where you brushed another layer on top of a previous layer of water colour.
It's been years since I did water colour, so I really don't remember it well... Was there a way to kinda erase mistakes? You coloured inside the lines at some parts... maybe you could fade those mistakes away (at least a little bit) by brushing over them with just water (with a clean brush), or maybe with white or something. You should experiment with that on scrap paper before doing it to your work, though, since I really don't remember.
Oh, and I think you can maybe blend the visible brush strokes together a bit by mixing some water onto them... Again, I'm not 100% sure about that, though.
I like the shading on the nezumi/mouse's dress and hair, and I like the shading/shine on the twins' dresses (the "skirt" part of them). The frills look like they got a little messy... use a finer brush if you can, and make sure you don't have too much water on the brush, or else it will run. Yeah... I think you're supposed to press the brush against your bucket/jar/whatever to squeeze some of the water out; you only need a little water, I think.
Hopefully someone with better experience/recollection of water colours can help you out.

Thanks a lot~ I do have a lot of relapses and it's rly hard to fix ur mistakes but it's possible with a little more water and a paper towel nearby! lolz And I would go back to fix my mistakes but they aren't stapled to the paper any more so I don't want to wrinkle them and be screwed. Do u still think it's possible anyways? And yeah a little bit of water does go a long ways, I may have gotten a little out of hand with my water...hmm...xDD lolz Anyways thanks so much I'll take the advice to heart! ^_~

Back in high school I had this friend who was amazing at anything drawing, painting or whatever he decided to do art related. One of his techniques when using watercolors was to put tape on the paper. The tape allowed him to keep clean lines and prevent colors from bleeding into spots he didn't want it.
As for watercolors... You don't want to use too many brush strokes it shows. Try to be careful with how much water you use. Too much water and it doesn't look that good. As Zantetsken said having various sizes of brushes helps.
Can't help much other than that wish I remembered what I learned in color and composition class about watercolors. Hope what I mentioned helps some.
