Some sort of mechanic and a Mexican guy... I was drawing on paper for a change. I drew the mechanic without any guidelines or whatever, but I made a light wireframe for the Mexican guy. Well, these are the two poses I'm most familiar with, so I didn't really learn anything. Any advice/critique is more than welcome, though.

Well, I already know the sombrero on the Mexican's back isn't a nice circular shape. Also, I hold my pencil weird and drag my hand along the page when I draw, so it smudges things... This picture wasn't meant to be some serious piece of art, so I didn't bother putting a blank sheet of paper under my hand to avoid smudging.

I think there's a problem with the Mexican's hips/thighs maybe, but I can't quite put my finger on it...

The Mexican guy is leaning quite a bit to his right (left from our view). Also, I feel that his legs need to be defined more; the outer lines of his legs are almost perfectly straight, which is off-putting and a little out of place. You have a lot of really nice folds in the upper shirt, but the pants are so boring and undynamic. Even if he's wearing the tightest pair of jeans in the world, there would be some amount of folds.

I kinda worry about putting too many folds in things at times, lol. Where do you think the extra folds should be around? And I just noticed the pant leg on our right doesn't reach down as far.
Do you have any tips for giving the legs a bit of curve without making him look feminine? Or do I just literally have to give it a little bit more curve?

All I could say is study your leg anatomy a bit, but try to make the muscles more angular and "hard" than soft, gently flowing lines. Angularity and hardness is more associated with men, while softness and gentle lines with women. Obviously, you could mix the two, but those are the extremes.

Extra folds should definitely be in the knee/joint area. Folds tend to bunch up in places of tension. Folds that build up in any other place is just an effect of the tension.

Indeed, good points. I suppose I'll take a look at a few pictures of people in jeans to observe the folds/wrinkles around the knees and try to apply it to my art next time.
