Finn more or less waddled into the Office, seeing a 17 sided dice. He carefully walked up to it, trying to take it into his stubby arms. Finn awkwardly held it for a moment before letting it fall.
The dice tumbled towards the end of the table, before resting on a two. Fighting types. Finn looked around the room, before his eyes rested upon a blue Pokemon. Finn quickly recognized him as a Riolu. He nervously walked up to his to-be partner, but before he could open his mouth to speak he silenced him with a palm.
Finn awkwardly stayed silent, but he didn't speak. Finn, after a few painful moments of silence, started to talk.
"S-so what's your--"
"Loki."
Finn was beginning to get annoyed of this attitude, but tried to stay polite. He'd need this Pokemon's cooperation, after all.
"It's nice to meet you... Loki. I'm Finn."
Loki seemed rather bored of the converstaion, and without a word started to walk away. Finn quickly ran after him, confused and frustrated.

Sorry for my absence, between being sick and midterms I kind of even stopped lurking. No worries, for I have returned in good health, although inspiration and motivation for my current team has escaped me for the time being. Instead, the void has been filled by the profound need to have a Castiel-based Pokemon, since my recent indulgence in the television show, Supernatural. Also I am a psych major and it is only fitting that I obtain a psychic type pokemon! And Espeon has found a place near my heart.
tl;dr - I'm obsessed with Espeon, and need a new team due to lack of inspiration(temporary)

Tripping over himself, the confused Ralts walked towards the appointed table, realizing all the power that lay in the special die. Blowing on it for luck, he gently tossed it in the air, excited to find his partner.

Flicker stepped up to the table, glaring at the dice before her. This object would be what determined the rest of her life. This dice would determine her destiny, her fate, in the form of a partner.
She picked it up after what seemed like a lifetime, and then blew on it, rattling it in her claws exactly nine times. She let it go, crossing her fingers as it landed on...
THREE! A flying-type partner! Letting out a yell of success, she left the table to go find someone to team up with. A flying type! Just her luck! She loved flying types!
Yes, her partner would be...
...a Skarmory.
Ooc; Are we allowed to have Pokémon whose final forms are flying-types, or does it have to be a flying-type in its first stage?

@yoseikuga:: The type you get must be one of the Pokemon's at its first stage.
Example for anyone who's confused:
So if you rolled a Water-type, you could choose Magikarp (Water-type), but you couldn't choose Azurill (Normal-type), even though Azurill evolves into Marill, which IS a Water-type.

The Charmander slithers forward, dice in hand. A smirk flies across it's face, and it breaths on the dice for good luck.....Not exactly the best idea, since now the dice are burned up. The lizard-type pokemon face-palms, and procures another set from somewhere... unknown. Probably from the keckleon market. Gently, this time, blowing on it for good luck, it rolls the dice.
ooc;; I'm using the generate a random number thing, since there are no seventeen-sided dice. ^^ Can't wait to see what I get...!
Edit:: Got normal-type, I'll be using Minncinno.
