Learn to control it Meditation and anger management would be best and i would have to agree don't go around telling people 1. you'll get laughed at 2. if somebody does believe you they could hurt you. Its probably best people don't believe you don't get offended by that be grateful. I think you are probably a vampire or energy leech whichever term you prefer. In which case your just taking their life force i would look up types of energy leeches theres different types and many take energy from just plants or animals some prefer humans some even like in the books need a more direct source through blood. Theres also sex and other methods. Just be careful around people learn the extent of what you can do i would say use plants as practice not people and animals and severe the connection with anger. Its really common for anger and psychic abilities to be linked many poltergeists are actually angry teens with some serious telekinesis. psychic powers are elevated with anger not sure exactly why research may solve that. Practice healing too leeching abilities can be reversed to be helpful to others as well as plants and animals. but it can exhaust you so be careful.

Many psychics have odd powers that most couldn't imagine so to those who made fun i would think about it how much of the human brain is used fully at one time and what parts of the brain do we not know what they do exactly. Everybody on the planet has some sort of psychic power most are just more in tune. If some of us can leech energy from others why couldn't we kill them think about that. Vampires are dangerous thats why they need to learn what they are and control themselves.

People with psychic abilities especially with those intune with living things (plants and animals obviously) need to be very careful especially because of the range of power they can have everything from electrical currents to energy leeching can be very dangerous. something like walking under lights and having them burst for no explainable reason can turn into something like shocking people and anybody with a pacemaker walks by a person with a permanant uncontrolled electrical field is screwed. As for energy leeches i've lived around one for years if shes in a bad mood she can make somebody sleep for days in one leeching such a nice thought isn't it.

I don't believe that. If you can kill things with you mind then that means your energy is able to manifest fully into this plane and effect the living. But if it is real then meditate.

I'd say go for emotional control... it seems to be triggered by anger, after all. I would also recommend experimenting with it, to see how other emotions can effect it... that way you'll never be caught by surprise.
