If I were to offer you $20, would you run up to a military guard and shout "I AM A TERRORIST!!!!" Then run away screaming "ALL HAIL OSAMA BIN LADEN!!!!" Would you do it?
(BTW: I came up with this to go around and ask my friends to see what they would say... I go to a school that's on military property, so there are military police that run around our school campus sometimes...))

No.. but for $20 and some sex, I'll go up to a military officer and say that, plus go "DEATH TO AMERICA! PRAISE ALLAH AND HIS TOILET PAPER HEADBAND!!" XD

that reminded me of a story one of the band alumni told us saxes
he said as a party of his initiation, whenever his section leader said bin laden
he had to yell "I'M GONNA BLOW THIS F_____R UP!!!"
he said he got kicked off the field one day for doing it rofl

Lolz most of my friends said yes, one offered to go do it right now, (there was a guard a little ways away from us)
