Okay, what I am stumped on is when Pokemon Sapphire and Ruby came out. I know I remember playing it when I was like 8 or 9, maybe even 7. That's like 6 or 7 years ago. AND i remember watching the episode on Advanced Battles or in the Hoenn region where Ash & co. go sailing with Mr.Briney and they get attacked by a bunch of Carvanha(sp please?) and they get shipwrecked on this Island..If this was like 6 or 7 years ago, I have a pretty damn good memory then....
Just to give some additional information, I am 14

I remember the Episode back in the original Kanto season when Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charmander are stuck in a pokemon park with Giant Robotic pokemon, along with Meowth, Ekins, and Koffing. It was the first Episode that was entirely about the pokemon and not Ash or the other trainers.

I remember that episode to =3
But Ruby/Sapphire was (I think) one of the first games I played when I was a kid and I can't remember what year they came out =/

According to Wikipedia, they came out in the US on March 19th of 2003. I think I was in 7th grade when they came out. I remember being really excited to go pick up my game that evening, and showing off my cool Kyogre coin I got for preordering my Sapphire. Then when I picked it up that night, I got a Chikorita plushie too. That was probably my favorite game I preordered. lol

Luther Olathes I remember the Episode back in the original Kanto season when Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charmander are stuck in a pokemon park with Giant Robotic pokemon, along with Meowth, Ekins, and Koffing. It was the first Episode that was entirely about the pokemon and not Ash or the other trainers. I have that episode on VHS, that was the one when the pokemon actually had subtitles so you can see what they are saying. I remember that Ekans and Koffing (Jessie and James' Pokemon at the time) had sort of a "moment" with Pikachu and friends, saying that they wernt really "bad" pokemon, they were just doing what there tainers told them to do, in fact they said there was no such thing as a "bad" pokemon. It sort of redeemed them of their wrongs then, because they said there were no hard feelings and kind of became friends for a short time, also there was a Slowbro that had a ramen shop for some reason.

@Alchemist: WoW okay, I was like*counting backwards*....crap..I was EIGHT when they came out!!! 0.o Now I feel like the youngest trainer in this guild =/
then only thing that I remember that year from that game was that my Grandma told me to turn my game off and eat dinner and that I was watching Animal Cops razz recint(sp?) on Animal Planet in their living room =3 I was a hardcore gamer even then =D

It's hard to think of those days as "6 or 7 years ago" which also makes me realize that I've been into Pokemon for 11 years. <_< Wow. Where does time go.
