razz If only I didn't have so much college debt whew! It's okay I'll be able to pay it off in like five years after school assuming the economy gets back on track.
Well don't buy houses there. That's still too expensive.
Why not? Buy low and sell high that's the game...a risky game. Plus the fact that the Bay area is prone to Earthquakes yeah.
Well, if you have that kind of money sitting around that you can use to play such a game, have fun. I don't.
